I took my son to Braces R Us for his braces and I wish I had gone to another orthodontist. I have had an extreme amount of trouble getting the office manager to send my insurance the correct forms needed for my insurance to pay. I send the office manager numerous emails with no response and get attitude when I call her or talk to her in the office. It has been 5 months now. My Ins asked for a Salzmann Index form the 1st month & the office manager told me she told them they don't do that form, instead of just asking the ins for a copy of the form to get it filled out and sent back in so the ins could process the claim. I had to get her the form and send it to her to give to the dr to fill it out almost a month ago & my Ins says they still don't have it. NOT HAPPY !!

I got my Invisaline braces from them. They were very helpful in informing me about the benefits of Invisaline and walked me through the correct ways to care for my teeth and how to use them. They also have friendly and caring staff.
