I've had my braces for 2years and am so overwhelmed with the results. The experience has been smooth, the monthly reminders helped me a lot not to miss my appointments. Thank you braces place for giving me the smile I desired .

My daughter is 12 and it was time for braces. Her braces fit well now and she is ok wearing them . Ortodontist is knowledgeable and polite.

The lady who did the tooth cleaning for my cousin was rude, when she turn on the light on my cousin face she didn't put the glasses on her....when I ask about it, she just act like get annoyed by me...when she enter the room she didn't even smile or say hi to us. She's tossing stuff around. It's so rude and unprofessional! I really hate that kind of attitude. BTW I don't remember her name! But I think it start with Alex sth. If I could I will not give even 1 start to that's place.

SIMONE IS THE BEST front desk worker! She is so kind and helps you figure out what's best for you with scheduling and all! I recommend getting in contact with her if any questions!!! She 100% should get promoted! She's awesome

Disappointed with my result, the bottom of my teeth still not straight. The doctor kept insisting of taking the brace off. I kept telling the doctor that my bottom tooth grow into my gum and hard to clean to get food out and he kept insisting of taking my brace off. After I took my brace, I went to my dentist right away because my tooth is so sensitive and it turns out I have gum issue because of one of my teeth is inside my gum. Now I have to go through the procedure to do deep clean the back bottom of teeth every three months. Wasting my time and my money and completely disappointed with my result. The doctor is not willing to listen, it felt like assembly line.

I spent about 5 years here making sure my teeth were exactly how I wanted them to look. The staff was excellent and always tried to accommodate me the best they could. I would recommend them to anyone in New England.
