My first visit was the end of July 2021, and I love the professionalism and helpful staff. I love both doctors father and son, I feel comfortable to say that I'm under their care with my braces work. I'm already seeing results with my transformation. I'm loving it thank you to the whole team. t

This orthodontist is very ghetto and unprofessional. It takes forever for them to answer the phone at the front desk, and to get an appointment. First of all, if someone is working on your mouth they shouldn't be on the phone laughing and talking while the head leader is there in the room. They do whatever they please. They're lazy. I would not recommend.

I have been going to Dr Joseph since I was a teenager and now I'm taking my kids!... very family oriented!... #isupportblackbusiness

So far my son's brackets keep coming off! like today he was just brushing his teeth and one came off, last month one came off also i had braces as an adult 15 years ago put on by great expressions and not one time in the 3 years did one of my brackets ever come off SMH I feel like the braces were not put on my son's teeth right.

Dr. Joseph is amazing but honestly he needs to revamp his staff. It's takes me on average A MONTH to get the front desk to answer the phone. Then when I schedule appointments and go in on my day I scheduled ....the staff claims I never had an appointment and now I'm waiting for hours just for basic maintenance. I really would like to recommend him to other people but his staff gets in the way of that.

I was scheduled for an appointment next week but now, the phone line is busy when I try to call. My first visit was okay but, being that I can't contact them now is raising a red flag. Did the number change? If so, I should've gotten a call or the website (google) should've been updated.

You get what you pay for! The brackets kept coming off in the beginning.i think it was purposely because other people would come in with the same problem.He won't say when the braces are actually coming off when in the beginning he said 3 years.its been longer.can never get through on the phone lines.the workers have bad attitudes and he's not professional.go to the suburbs,youll pay more money but you will get it done right!

This is the best, I mean the BEST orthodontist I've had the pleasure to be associated with. The staff is very nice and they alway make you feel like family.
