After practicing general dentistry, Dr. Mahajan decided Orthodontics was her choice of career. She then continued her education and completed her specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Nevada in 2009.
Dr. Mahajan believes in constantly educating and appraising herself on the current procedures and technologies to provide her patients with the best treatment possible. She also is an adjunct faculty member at Indiana Universitys School of Dentistry, where she continues to give back to the dental community.
Dr. Mahajan currently resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as traveling and reading. She believes its her duty to give back to the community by participating in events such as Give Kids a Smile and promoting dental education to school children.

Dr. Mahajan is holds several different memberships, including the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists and Indiana Association of Orthodontists.

Doctor mahajan was kind enough to accept me as a patient, after i had an Invisalign treatment done with different doctor that didn't go well! she transferred my case to her office and worked to get my teeth fixed! i can't describe how friendly and good hearted she is, she will give you all the time you need and will work to find the best treatment plan for your case. amazing staff (katie - Assistant , abigail- front desk ). they also have the latest technology in dentistry equipments.

Dr. Priti is an A+ orthodontist; she is smart, kind, and professional. she takes the time to discuss treatment options, and then follows through with with a plan that makes the most sense. Children are hard on braces and retainers, but Dr. priti and her staff take it all in stride. We've had to impose on them many times for unscheduled repairs and there is never an issue. We rarely spend more than 5 minutes in the waiting room - her staff is courteous and efficient. We have three children with beautiful smiles thanks to Dr. Priti . She also helped me with my retainer and night guard, no problem. We are lucky to know this wonderful lady - and we recommend her to all.

I am very happy with my choice of Dr. mahajan as my family's Orthodontist. I feel like my son is getting the best treatment at the best price. I have consulted with two other practices in the past before choosing her office. I feel confident in her care and expertise and I have already recommended her to friends and family.

Dr. mahajan is super helpful and knowledgeable. She has seen me several times regarding my braces and retainer and she's not even my orthodontist. If I had to do it over again I would have chosen her for my braces because she has helped me and educated me regarding my braces more than my own orthodontist. I'd highly recommend her!

5+ stars!! From the moment we walked in for our initial consultation we felt like this was the right place for my daughter to get her braces. Superior customer service, all staff that we encountered were warm and welcoming, and made my daughter feel comfortable. We had a late consultation, and they offered to start her treatment the same day to avoid another appointment, which resulted in some of the staff staying later than normal, and to me that is above and beyond service! Overall a FANTASTIC experience, and I am extremely happy that we chose braces for u for her orthodontic treatment! My daughter left there stating how much she liked this place, and for my 11 year old, that says A LOT!!! Thank you Dr. mahajan and staff for being so open, honest, and making this a super smooth process all the way through!!

Our experience with braces for u has been beyond AMAZING! I never imagined that my children would actually look forward to their orthodontist appointments. The staff is so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fun! We truly feel like we are apart of the braces for u family every time we come in. I can't say enough great things about katie and hannah, they are the best of the BEST! And Dr. mahajan is just exceptional, truly brilliant at what she does. Dr Mahajan is excellent orthodontist . both my kids go here and they look forward to going there . she has a braces bucks program that they love . they earn bucks if they dont break anything and then exchange for gift cards . what a great idea . office is clean and dr mahajan personally sees my kids herself . she is also involved in the community . i would encourage everyone to choose this office for their braces needs . forgot to mention my husband will start his aligners here as well .
