Dr Stein and staff are wonderful, my daughter was a bit apprehensive when we started, but they are very friendly and funny, they made her feel very comfortable, she just completed her Phase 1 and is looking forward to starting Phase 2. She has been complimented on her teeth and asked who she goes to, I am very pleased with the outcome. Keep up the awesome job.

Dr Stein and the rest of the team are amazing! They are so professional and create such a warm and fun environment. I've had the opportunity to work with them and it has been such a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone. This practice will set the bar for making it an enjoyable patient experience, continually using the best technology and their orthodontic expertise. Highly Recommend!

It seems the 5 star reviews are fakes because I'm shocked at the reviews after my experiences with this office..... Absolute terrible experience from the beginning to the end. When you have a receptionist with an absolutely horrendous attitude standing between your emergency and trying to reach Dr Stein it gets very frustrating. Long story short their receptionist Kathy (Cathy) told me that "I could go somewhere else if I didn't like her poor attitude". She then hung up on me. She also gave me all wrong/ incorrect information about my son's dental/medical files, which seemed to almost be on purpose. This is nothing compared to the trouble this lady has put me through. Nothing but problems from start to finish. Utterly and absolutely unprofessional. I would highly recommend finding a more compassionate and wonderful office that know how to treat their patients. Appalled! Edit: I have found out that evidently the "lady receptionist" behind this nasty mess is Kathleen Stein, Dr Steins wife. How interesting. So this is how these uppity nasty people treat their patients. I am now even more sickened by her behavior. I'm assuming this is condoned by "her husband" Dr Stein. So because she owns this business it's obvious she feels like she can belittle and talk down to "lesser people" than herself? Absolutely nasty. My family lives in this community as well as hers. And for her to act the way she does is just not acceptable. I will continue to let the community know and understand how Dr Stein operates his business practice.

Always professional and courteous, Dr. Stein and his staff rock! My family and I have been with Dr. Stein's orthodontic practice for many years. The experience is always positive and fun! The expert and friendly care is remarkable and consistently top notch. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Thank you, Dr. Stein and staff for your outstanding care.

Had our oldest go to Albert Ortho. Years ago and without going into detail about our experience of no personal touch, we switched to Dr. Stein and never happier.

Dr. Stein and his office are incredible. I have seen a huge change in my daughter's teeth in just a few months. He is great at making kids' feel comfortable and will do anything he can to help! He goes above and beyond for his patients. His office/braces staff is so knowledgable and kind. We go monthly and always have a great experience with the entire staff. I drive 45 min. to get to his office and even with that drive, I wouldn't consider anywhere else!
