Quite frankly I am surprised at any of the bad reviews written about this office. The front desk has always been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I have never had a single issue with my billing. My appointments have always been on time. The doctors have been so sweet, encouraging (which may sound silly but if you've never had braces before you understand what that means) and professional. All the ortho tech's (forgive me if that is not the correct title) have been absolutely incredible. I love every one of them that have worked with me. Everyone always addresses any questions or concerns I have. The doctor's always share my next treatment plan with me. I like that they keep me in the loop about my treatment. I have heard really bad stories from friends that have had orthodontic treatments at other practices. I have never experienced any of that here. I am very thankful I made the decision to trust Braces Braces with all my orthodontic needs. It has been a pleasant experience.

They don't tell you that they float between offices. Their hours are so random!! My youngest got braces on Saturday. The NEXT day a bracket fell off. I called on Mon - not in the office until Wed, and the answering service said they couldn't see her for THREE AND A HALF WEEKS!! They had a reward system when my oldest daughter got her braces. When she was done and went to redeem her points, they had discontinued it. No notice sent! Words can't describe her disappointment. I'm done with them.

The people in the receiving area are very rude and have awful customer service, the ask me to wait outside the building because I did not want to use mask .They make obligatory the mask's use when is no necessary anymore, in the state of Georgia at least, beside the use of mask is not recomended for multiple reasons that I can't mention right now. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

Some of the staff is clearly not educated in dentistry...plenty of mess ups molding my teeth and adjusting trays during my Invisalign treatment. Finance does not submit billing within the same year so if your insurance plan changes the following year...you owe them money: seems like a scam to me.

They have awful customer service, especially the billing the department that did not know what they should do to resolve the problem. I, personally very disappointed the way they handle the situations like my case. It is very simple, but they made it such a hard time for me and want to verify with my credit provider to just update my new credit card info and processing the new payment. They put me on hold more than 30 minutes to looking for the supervisor or the manager to help with my case. Guess what, they came back and stated that they need to verify with my credit card company to just cancel the transaction. That is so ridiculous. I have been working for the credit card processing company, especially the billing department. I know how that works. Please training your staff, especially the people working for billing department.

My daughter loves going here... they explain everything in detail for her... they encourage her. They say the rate she is going she will be out of braces sooner than originally anticipated. They are great!

Friendly staff. Not pushy. They price matched and worked with my scheduled. :) 12.14.19 UPDATE: So before you leave, you're scheduled your next appointment. They rescheduled me and I was informed via email. When I called to inquire information. The receptionist informed me it was cause they were closed and gave me an even farther appointment date. No explanation on why I was scheduled on a closed day. Also, when I explained I would be on my last tray given to me. She told me I had to wear my last one for 4 weeks before the next available appointment. Not cool Braces Braces.

Love the convenience of the location in Suwanee. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I wish they were practicing more often in this location during the week to provide flexibility for the next appointment to their customers

All of the staff is professional and welcoming. Dr. Gordon is sharp, intelligent and enthusiastic. She has made my braces experiences. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
