I am so grateful I chose Dr Kar as my orthodontist! I've had orthodontic treatment completed in the past at different offices and have never worked with a Dr and staff as amazing as the team at Braces Braces. Dr Kar is so genuine, kind, extremely thorough, knowledgeable and flexible. The entire team is very organized, friendly and they do an excellent job of communicating with patients. Dr Kar is such a kind human being and an incredible clinician, I confidently refer everybody who has any orthodontic concerns to Dr Kar as she exceeds my expectations with each visit. I must say I left there feeling pretty disappointed. Dr. Karr came highly recommended and we did not get to see her at all. I was not informed before coming that I will be meeting with someone else. The staff did not not try to accommodate my request. It felt like the financial consultant did not come to conduct business. It was more like I was told to give you this paper. She had the look as take it or leave it. So we left and I was prepared to pay cash for the service. So disappointed because the office was highly recommended.

Dr kar is amazing friendly and helpful however i was disappointed by the blonde hair who put on my braces did not give me any after care instructions it was like she was rushing she mentioned the time while putting my braces on it wouldve been helpful to discuss that with me considering i have never had braces on before

My daughter started her braces journey 18 months ago. The staff is friendly and professional. They have a wonderful communication process. The office sends texts and emails to you to remind you of upcoming appointments. Which is VERY helpful for this busy mother. Dr. Kar is VERY hands-on with all of her patients. I have 3 children. She is my 3rd child to get braces (first time using Braces Braces). This has by far been our best experience with an orthodontist.

Dr. Kar is amazing.. My first visit to her office was for my son we didn't know what to expect we were thinking a quick consult and we will decide later. But nope low and behold that very same day he left with braces in mouth and a happy parent to start him on his perfect teeth journey. Her staff is amazing as well from the front desk to the back .. I love the office decor.. seems to me she treats her staff very well and it shows. Staff seems very happy to work there and they all have personal relationship with her. I love her so much and appreciated my son new smile I myself decided to start my perfect teeth journey. By then I moved from the area but could not imagine going anywhere else for braces so yes I travel to her office from Gwinnett. I also had the pleasure of being seen at Madison gardens same staff even better office decor. I have one more child that will need that perfect smile as well and won't trust anyone else then Dr. Kar to make that happen for us. Thank you so much to her staff for making us feel more like family then just a patient!!

I am doing Invisalign through Braces Braces in East Cobb, and let me tell you how EASY this process has been! I started around February/March of 2021 and am almost done. I had already done one or two consultations before meeting with Dr. Kar. After she had done my X-Rays, she told me she wanted me to see a specialist before moving forward because the scans of my jaw were concerning to her. It ended up just being a case of TMJ and everything was fine. As soon as she got the go-ahead from the specialist I saw, we started my Invisalign journey! I could not be happier with the level of care and service I have received. I was so self-conscious about my teeth before this, and now I can't stop smiling (and I'm not even done yet!!). Dr. Kar and her entire team are amazing. I would highly recommend them!

Braces Braces of Marietta, Georgia is one of the best decisions I have my made for my 13 year old son. Dr. Farah Kar is one of the friendliest specialty doctors we have ever met! The office staff is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always gets my son in and out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with such a sweet receptionist. I was truly amazed by the quality and kindness of the knowledgeable staff, absolutely remarkable. Savannah was such a sweetheart and helped with the breakdown of costs and offered help in making sure we were informed about the entire process. Dr. Kar is a dream and provided top notch care and services to both me and my sister. Glad to be patients of great staff!

Our family has had personal experience with at least 3 other top rated orthodontists in East Cobb but Braces Braces is our absolute favorite. My two daughters are patients of Dr. Kar and they look forward to every appointment. Dr. Kar is so kind, responsive and generous with her time and her staff are unbeatable. We truly feel like family whenever we come in. The facility is so bright and fun and impeccably clean. We really lucked out with this office and will really miss visiting them when they get their braces off (and show off their beautiful teeth thanks to Dr. Kar!!)
