Dr. Kar is great! My kids and I love her! My daughter has Invisilines and she has made the whole entire process so easy and fun. She has a grreat personality, incredible bedside manner , and we NEVER have to sit and wait. Any child or adult who wants a great smile should come see Dr. Kar and her great team! So their Orthodontist in this office is out. That means you will not be able to talk to any real doctors thru out the consultation, which I wish I was told before I came to the appointment. Their team will take your impression and have you fill out an unnecessary long questionnaire for nothing, because you will receive a standard boilerplate quote for $12,000 next day no matter what your teeth's actual condition is . So this review should save a lot of people's visits because that's what exactly you will get anyway plus a lot of industrial fake smile .

Let me start by saying the location is a bit far from my home but loved the area and scenery made it a nice drive. The office was clean and my daughter loved the smell . Receptionist was really sweet and was willing to assist if needed. I was given a huge packet to fill out,thank goodness we were 15 mins early. Not early enough because not even 2 mins went by and we called back for our schedule consult. Pictures were taken with a regular camera, first for us but perhaps normal for orthrodontist. After that we waited for the Dr to come in, I'm still filling out paperwork BTW lol. We were then told Dr Kar was not in followed by we will send you the recommendation via email in 24 hrs. I guess no other Dr could see her. Still filling out forms I asked a question and the coordinator looked at her watch. I asked a few more questions because this is a consult right? She looked at her watch again. I asked if she needs me to complete the form and she said no, we have your insurance. I gave 3 stars because we were not told a Dr was not available and we could've rescheduled and I felt a bit rushed. I'm chucking it up to " things happen" maybe the second impression is what counts. Will update later.. Very nice place so far. Friendly,clean and FREE parking. That was the BEST part lol

I recently visited Braces Braces at Madison Yards for a consultation with Dr. Kar. This was unique in that I had a previous consultation at this office 1.5 years ago, but my dental insurance recently changed and now includes higher coverage for Adult Orthodontia and so I wanted to follow-up on treatment. Like before, I was very impressed with Dr. Kar and trusted that I would be in good hands adjusting some minor issues with my smile. Despite twice the insurance coverage, my total treatment cost had nearly doubled from the previous quotes I received from their office. When I inquired further from the office staff, I was told the practice was no longer offering an intermediate Invisalign treatment to address minor orthodontic issues. I was also told the intermediate Invisalign treatment was being phased out. I later fact-checked this with Invisalign themselves and was told that was not the case and is still a treatment option available to providers. The office did provide an alternative treatment to Invisalign but the cost was only 8% less. So ultimately, I'm left feeling confused. I surmise the previous treatment offered to me was not acceptably profitable... so I've begun looking for a provider that is willing to offer a more economical and intermediate treatment.

Dr. Kar is absolutely amazing. She took such great care of me and made the process seamless. Not only did she do a fantastic job on my teeth, but she truly made me feel very special and taken care of. You can tell she cares about each one of her patients and staff members. The office environment is so warm and comforting. Amanda was my treatment coordinator and I couldn't have asked for a better person to support me through the process. She was so organized, professional, caring, and warm. I truly felt like I was part of the family.

Today is the day that I get my braces taken off, and I am so excited. Shout to Dr. Kar and her amiable staff for keeping this smile in order during my appointment times and especially when I couldn't make my appointment. Having my teeth straightened and removed of gaps has been a long and fulfilling journey. When you have a sporadic schedule, you forget that others do as well. Braces reminded me that sometimes a smile could go a long way, especially when you ask nicely.

The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. Bubbly personalities from the time I entered until the time I left.. I received fast but thorough detailed service from the team. Dr. Kar and her staff are very professional and down to earth. Her office was clean and welcoming, and they practice social distancing. Dr. Kar verbiage was exceptional when breaking down the difference between Invisalign and getting the metal braces. I give her and her staff 20 thumbs up. See you in March !!!

What an awesome experience! From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted by the receptionist and from beginning to end, we felt welcome, relaxed, and right at home. I brought my daughter in the office to get a consultation for braces and left out with them same day! Everyone was so upbeat and friendly. I'd recommend here in a heartbeat!
