A lifelong Texan, Dr. Richard D. Hulme was raised in Houston. He left Texas briefly to attend college at Brigham Young University, and then returned to pursue seven years of dental and orthodontic training at the nation's top dental school here in San Antonio.

Dr. Hulme is a member of numerous dental and orthodontic professional and research associations, including the San Antonio District Dental Society, Alamo Orthodontic Study Group and the local chapter of the American Association of Dental Research. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and was in the first class of orthodontists to be board certified during specialty training. Dr. Hulme enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, Boy Scouts (he is an Eagle Scout), church, musicandsports.
Dr. Hulme considers it his personal obligation to provide the highest quality orthodontic care to his patients. He was among the first class of orthodontists to earn the prestigious board certification by the American Board of Orthodontics during specialty training. This attests to his commitment to orthodontic education and his ability to deliver quality patient care. Memberships in other organizations allow Dr. Hulme to stay on the cutting-edge of orthodontic advancements and technology.
Dr. Sandra Nairooz was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt where she received a Bachelors Degree in Dental Surgery from Ain Shams University. After moving to the United States in 2011, she attended State University of NY at Buffalo and received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS). She later completed a one-year fellowship in Orthodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Upon completing the program, she started her dental career in San Antonio, where she practiced for over 5 years before completing her Orthodontic Residency program at Jacksonville University.
Dr. Nairooz is passionate about creating the best smile for patients of all ages. She likes staying up to date with the latest advances in orthodontics and creating healthy smiles with an emphasis on airway diagnoses. Her attention to detail, honesty, and desire to educate patients and engage with them on an individual basis all ensure that her patients have an outstanding and enjoyable experience.
During her free time, Dr. Nairooz enjoys traveling with her husband Andrew and her two kids, Luke and Celine. Her husband is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon here in San Antonio and together they are active members of their church and volunteer their time for various charitable community events.

Doctor is very relaxed and can appreciate many questions he doesn't side look when you ask questions. Staff is very friendly and helpful all the time. Very flexible and understanding.

We really enjoy Dr. Leuke and his staff. We have enjoyed getting to know Dr. Campbell as well. She's a great addition to the practice. I was really appreciative w their flexibility on getting us on payment plan since all of our dental work was going to be out of pocket.

Dr. Luecke is the best! When you visit Braceland you can see that he has a passion for what he does and cares about all his patients. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They are all amazing! Very helpful and kind. Today Patty and Rachel went out of their way to stay late and help my daughter after she lost her retainer again. You cannot go wrong seeking service or advice from Dr. Luecke and his staff.

DR. Luecke is a fantastic orthodontist and not a hound dog. You just can't help falling in love with him. My three kids have been seeing him for the last 10+ years. He has a great personality and humor and can make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable and not all shook up.. The staff is friendly and polite and will not leave you with suspicious minds. It is just a well round business from top to bottom. I highly suggest seeing him for all orthodontic needs. Just look for the gentleman in the blue suede shoes. It's now or never .
