Dr. Douglas Recker was born and raised in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. He received his D.D.S. from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and completed an additional year of Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Dr. Recker lives in Marion, IA with his wife and three children.
Dr. Chris Moothart is the most recent addition to Boyson Dental! Dr. Chris has returned to his hometown of Cedar Rapids after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and his D.D.S from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

Dr. Chris Moothart is so nice and personable, professional, and a talented dentist. Our entire family sees Dr. Chris. We are so pleased with him and his staff. He works well with all ages. Our children adore him. He also helped my elderly mom with an emergency situation and she was so impressed with him and his staff.

I've been going to Boyson Dental for years. The staff are very helpful and professional. Dr. Recker is by far the best dentist I have ever had--very good social skills and he really has his craft down pat. Very happy with the service I have received there over the years.

Boyson Dental is an Amazing place to get full details and understanding of dental hygiene!! The staff and Dr. Moothart are so kind and pleasant! If you are needing a new dentist or wanting the best!! They are on Boyson Road!! Check them out. You will never be disappointed!!
