Dr. Shiffman was born and raised in New York and is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry. He then completed a general practice residency at Georgetown University Medical Center with an emphasis on treating medically compromised patients. Married with three children he has practiced in south florida since 1985.
Dr. Shiffman completed his certification with the Academy of Laser Dentistry in three types of Laser systems,bringing new technology to the practice which can offer numerous enhancements to standard procedures and many new and exciting options. Dr. Shiffman is was recently awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of Laser Dentistry,is personally involved in the use and developement of cutting edge technology and has performed thousands of Laser procedures in the last 10 years.

From the minute I walk into Dr. Shiffman's office, I know I will have the best care available. I never have to wait and his staff is always friendly, caring and extremely competent. Dr. Shiffman is a perfectionist!! I have had dental work and facial rejuvenation done with his state of the art laser equipment and I am always extremely happy with the results. I feel very fortunate to have Boynton Laser Dental Center to keep a happy and healthy smile on my face.

Dr Shiffman and his staff are top notch . His knowledge for dental therapies is impressive. I came to this practice because I was looking for a dentist trained in Fotona laser therapy . He did a thorough evaluation of my dental needs . I also underwent some treatments for esthetics . I feel confident in recommending Dr Schiffman for your dental needs as well as esthetics . He and his staff are professional and caring .

Dr. Harvey Shiffman is the best in the business. I've bounced around from many offices. Now I choose to drive over an hour for my appointments at Shiffman's office because they are worth it!

Everyone in the office is friendly, kind, helpful, and caring. I feel very comfortable and personally like everyone I have interacted with. My dental hygienist is the best I've ever had. She is thorough & painless & a very nice person. I totally trust Dr Shiffman with my dental care.

ALL THE BEST ! The office is so clean and the staff is amazing. Good Vibes and professionalism is top notch. I will recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. Michelle the hygienist worked wonders after just one cleaning. Remember - you only have to floss the teeth you want to keep :P

I got lost and was very late. They had to call me in order for me to get there. They were patient all the way to the door. They saw me anyway. Each person who had anything to do with my problem was nice, kind, and knowledgable about their part in my consultation. A family member suggested I go there and I cannot thank them enough.

Yesterday my wife Trina had an appointment with Dr. Shiffman to have a tooth extracted. We had called on Monday and were fortunate to get an appointment for Wednesday morning. From the moment of arrival Trina was treated very professionally. The staff was very pleasant and very patient. She was introduced to Dr Shiffman who made her feel very comfortable. He explained the procedure in laymen terms and whatever anxiety she felt quickly went away. The office was totally cleaned, shining and spotless The office protocol re: the virus was perfect. Everyone was very carefully covered with the necessary gowns, masks, etc. A couple of x-rays and they were ready to begin. Unbelievable, if you haven't had dental work done with a Laser you are in for a pleasant surprise. I mean 1-2-3 and it was over. No pain or discomfort at all. This review is being written 24 hours after the procedure and Trina has not had one second of pain or discomfort. She has not had to take any pain killer because there was no pain, no discomfort, Zilch. Ironically, while writing this review, Marla from Dr Shiffman's office called to find out how Trina is doing. Trina told Marla that she is absolutely fine and to tell Dr Shiffman that "He is my Hero". Trina says-"10 Stars to the Boynton Laser Dental Center".
