We are proud to be the oldest and most established Endodontic practice in Boynton Beach, Florida. Our office is conveniently located in the Woolbright Professional Building at 2240 W Woolbright Road between I-95 and Congress Avenue.
We have office hours from 8AM to 6PM Monday-Friday. We are closed on major holidays. We may also be closed at times when the doctors and staff are attending continuing education programs to increase our skills and keep abreast of the latest techniques so we may better serve you.
A digital x-ray allows the dentist to take an image of the tooth or teeth and put it into an imaging program. Within this imaging program, there are a number of tools that will allow the dentist to take a very close look at the teeth and surrounding structures with amazing accuracy. As a benefit to the patient, the digital x-ray also provides nearly 80% less radiation than a standard x-ray. This is due to the fact that the digital version of the x-ray is much more sensitive to this radiation and has been specifically designed with the patient in mind.
Our practice uses surgical operating microscopes to better illuminate and examine teeth under high magnification. This allows the doctor to better treat teeth whether performing conservative endodontic treatment or surgical treatment.
Dr. Allan Moskow was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and later lived in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his family before attending Temple University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1976. After spending a year in graduate school for Molecular Biology/Genetics, he shifted gears and entered dental school at Temple University. After graduating from dental school in 1981, he entered the Endodontology Program at Temple University. As the only student accepted from his class of 151 students to enter the program, he was able to study under Dr. Sam Seltzer, an internationally known educator and researcher that was key in helping define the biologic basics of Endodontics.
In 1986, Dr. Moskow moved to South Florida and opened his office as the first dental specialist and first Endodontist in Boynton Beach. He went on to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics in 1992 along with becoming one of the first members of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Moskow is also a proud Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management.

Really impressed with this Dr. Had a root canal and no pain during or after. I never had a root canal so i was kind of afraid.. Nothing to fear he was great.

The first time I needed to have a root canal I was terrified - but in the end the only thing I felt was the lidocaine injection for numbing. It was absolutely painless! I joked that I wish he had been my obstetrician. Very highly recommended.

Dr. Moscow and staff are absolutely amazing! I've had a few route canals in the past but this was the best route canal EVER!!! He takes his Time with the anesthesia pain injections before hand and you literally feel nothing and it's actually a pleasant and experience! Thank you Dr. Moscow!

Dr. Moscow is amazing. I never ever had a root canal done so easy like I had with Dr. Moscow. He took his sweet time with the anesthesia and the procedure was painless. After the anesthesia was over , I had no pain at all. Thank you Dr. Moscow for this experience.

Having a dental phobia, the last thing I wanted to hear after a recent dental cleaning was that I needed a Root Canal. Dr.Moscow came highly recommended, but was fearful I might not be able to save my tooth, as my dentist told me, I had major bone loss. His staff is very warm and made me feel comfortable. After a quick examination, Dr. Moscow advised me , was that he could save my molar, and that I had no dental fracture. My general dentist X Rays were so poor he misdiagnosed this. Dr. Moscow ,was so gentle, I barely felt my numbing shots. My Root Canal will be finished, but wanted to share my unexpected, great dental experience. Thanks to Dr. Moscow and his great staff.

Dr.Moskow squeezed me in for emergency root canal and was AMAZING! A previous doc said pull the tooth and so happy I got a second opinion. Didn't feel a thing and staff was great. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I am very unlucky in matters of my mouth. I'm that person who does everything right, always has a toothbrush and floss in my purse, brushes at least 3x daily, never misses a doctor's appointment. So please explain why I have been in Doctor Moscow's dental chair 3x (all root canals) in the last 11 months? I am very fortunate to have a fantastic team of dental professionals and Dr. Moscow being my hero at the moment. I had my 3rd root canal by Dr. Moscow this morning at 8:30. It's now 3:30 and I'm waiting for the pain to start! Nope. Nothing. Not even a mild ache. I had to call his office because this is a first for me. Not even feeling that dull ache of the novacaine wearing off. If you ever need a root canal, I would not look any further than Dr. Moscow. Thank you... Thank you.... Thank you. I'd also like to thank Linda at the front desk. You are always so professional and make it that much easier to be sitting in pain at the dentist office.
