An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I'm thankful that Modern Dentistry was able to see me in an emergency. My lower bridge came totally off and I was in a panic. Dr Handle came to my rescue and attached my bridge so I'm able to continue my travels out west before I return to NY. Dr Handle and his entire staff were very professional and courteous to me and I recommend Modern Dentistry highly.

This is my first time sharing a review on a dental visit that was so pleasant from the moment you walk through their door and being greeted by Joshua who is so efficient with all the paperwork and billing. My wife, Aileen saw Dr. Craig a few weeks ago when she came in for an emergency cracked front tooth and was seen immediately. The care and consideration she was given as if we were a patient for many years. She had two front teeth crowns. Dr. Craig was amazing with his knowledge and skill and we are so fortunate to have found this office. His assistant, Morgan is another asset to this dental office. My wife and I decided to become patients here. We both recently had our dental cleanings with Rene who was the gentlest hygienist with the sweetest personality and we both left the office feeling so relieved to have found a caring facility with professional people who really care. Had a 9am Saturday appointment for my son that was confirmed...But the dentist was a No Show!! We received no courtesy call to cancel, very poor service....Go elsewhere

A great team of caring, professional medical providers. This office truly cares about the people that come to them for help. The hygienist is amazing. She educates the patient and cares about their oral health. She is also the first Hygienist that I have gone to that I did not have pain afterward.

The Staff is extremely polite and friendly. The Staff will go above and beyond to help you with all details and aspects about your teeth/procedures. They will guide you through financial process and services. Ask for Josh to get you started, he is awesome. And Dr. Cody Craig DDS is great, very personable, down to earth, and easy to get along with. They offer multiple types of Dental Care, they have a Peridontist and an Oral Surgeon on Staff. ONE STOP FOR ALL YOUR DENTAL CARE.

I went to Modern Dentistry for the first time last week and I had a very positive experience. Everyone was kind and helpful with great personalities. I called and spoke with Josh and was able to get a same day appointment. Which was a big deal for me. He was super nice. Once I got there I was given x-rays quickly by a very friendly young lady. I saw Dr. Craig and was given a treatment plan right away. They were able to get all the dental work I needed done that evening. They all stayed very late well after 7pm and I was so grateful. The Hygienist Renee' worked hard on my teeth to make them look great. Everything that Dr. Craig did he explained and it was all painless. I definitely recommend Modern Dentistry and I will be back!

Overall wonderful experience. Brand new facility. Name holds true - very up to date equipment and very clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Morgan the X ray technician/dentist's assistant was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout a long and much overdue procedure, even brought me a neck pillow which was a life-saver. Dr Craig took the time to answer all my questions and made sure the fillings I got felt good and kept working until they felt just right when I bit down. Rene, the RDH, was also kind and happy to share her knowledge of how to properly take care of your teeth and why it's actually crucially important to your overall health. Highly recommended.

Dr Torgerson did a GREAT job on my smile. I had a 20 yr old, 5 tooth bridge, only one of which was a poetic. On my first apot, she broke the bridge over my w front teeth and replaced it with two beautiful Indovidual crowns, perfectly matching and fitting. These crowns were created in the office while I waited. On my second appt, she broke the rest of the bridge and made a temporary bridge for me in the office. My final appt in 10 days will complete the reconstruction

My daughter was there last week for 2 fillings. They were so disorganized and so behind in every aspect that it took 4 HOURS just to do one! It was horrible! She wanted to walk out but unfortunately they had already drilled a hole in her tooth so she was stuck there until someone came back 2 hours later to fill it! They had her pay in advance and did not do the second one. It is unfortunate because Dr. Craig is a super nice guy but his staff is horrible. Was suppose to get a cleaning, only got part of mouth done. Every dentist I've been to usually gives you a bag when you leave with a toothbrush, some floss and toothpaste to try out. I didn't get one after my cleaning few weeks ago and my daughter didn't get one after her partial cleaning.

I went to have a implant done by Mike Roix periodontist. I was told they accepted my insurance. The periodontist proceeded to extract my broken tooth and place a bone graft in the socket. The first mistake was I was not given an antibiotic batter procedure until I relized I needed one so I called office and one was prescribed with an apology for them missing the boat. Then I was told by the insurance company they submitted to procedures that only one was acceptable the cost being 1500 dollars unpaid by insurance. Bottom line the procedure cost would cost me more if I was uninsured. I called office manager ( I think her name is Donna ) who would not even try to placate me. They had periodontist Roix call me and tell me he coded all procedures correctly. I am not complaining about work done it was competent. Just remember the perio is a contractor who only appears there monthly. If you need him you will have to travel and find him where he is working. They also will charge you with things insurance told me was unnecessary. I decided to find another office that accepts my insurance and does not try to pad the bill. I am very happy with new office.

Update: I've had nothing but problems since going to this dentist. I will never return. The office is clean, the staff is very good ... but after THOUSANDS of dollars, I've had to have work re-done over and over on the same freaking two teeth. Cleaning didn't work? Let's crown. Crown didn't work? Let's root canal. This is on two separate teeth!! There are other reviews here that are similar ... just beware. ------------------ This office is fantastic! Great use of advanced technologies makes the visits fast and efficient. Also cool to be able to see what they are looking at in real time. The entire staff is excellent. You can tell everyone loves what they do. Always upbeat, welcoming, professional and great senses of humor. Dr. Perez is excellent and willing to accommodate whatever the patient is willing or wanting. A++ all around!

Worst experience of my life! I came in as a new client on the $59 cleaning special and almost 2 hours later I still never got the cleaning! They wanted $995 because they poked and prodded to find a tooth with early stages of periodontal disease and then refused to give me the basic cleaning. If I bought their insurance it went down to $695. Insanity!! I was going to bring my whole family there because we just moved here and they completely false advertised and tried to rip me off. New clients beware!!
