Our two sons (6yo and 2yo) go to this practice, and we always have such great experience with the front desk staff and the actual dental group. They create a warm and friendly in additional to being super profession staff. Our 6yo have been to this practice since he was one and always look forward to his regular visit.

Highly recommend this place for all your dental needs! Amanda & Dr Curtis made my experience very relaxing. I was taken in right on time as scheduled. Both were very gentle & and cared about how I was feeling during my cleanings and fillings.

Everyone at this office goes above and beyond to meet the patients dental needs! They are always punctual to make sure I get in and out on time. From the great staff and excellent dental work, I cannot speak highly enough about this office.

Completely unacceptable treatment we received recently at this dentist. We arrived 3 minutes passed the wait period and they would not see us. We had to take time out of our day and had to fight the US Open golf traffic and the staff including the manager would not be flexible or considerate at all. We even called multiple times ahead to give them and heads up about the traffic. They claim to care about the all patients in line but obviously they don't care about everyone.

Dr. Andrew was literally born to be a pediatric dentist. We recently switched our kids over to his practice because we had a bad experience with our previous dentist for my kids. He did completely painless extractions on my 6 year old daughter and 8 year old son without using any gas. He and his assistant applied the numbing gel and then told her this wonderful story while he numbed my daughter up. The assistant even lightly tapped along my daughter's hands during the story to bring the attention away from her mouth to her hands. If you ask either of my kids neither of them thinks they even had a shot of Novocaine. Their bedside manner was nothing short of phenomenal. I am so thrilled we have found this practice and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for your kids to go!

Boylston Dental Group is fantastic. The hygienists do great cleaning. The dentists and caring, professional, and exceptionally skilled. The office staff is fantastic, and I've never had any billing issues. This is the best dental practice I've ever visited.

As other reviewer said below. This dental office is horrible! We only went to there a few times but had very bad experiences. First, they told my daughter that she has one tooth need filling, but later, we got bill for two fillings. Second, I went to there for dental cleaning, they did comprehensive exam without telling me this is not covered by Delta Dental and then bill me. I called billing office, the woman there was very rude, seems she is dealing with this kind of calls all the time. My advise, DO NOT go to this office. They will over charge you!

My daughter's have been going to this practice since they were each 2.5 years old. It has always been an amazing experience. Our hygienist Courtney is always bubbly and so great with kids! Dr. Andrew Ficarelli is also very friendly. We have been twice now since opening back up with the new COVID protocols for cleanings and everyone at the office has made the experience very smooth. Both Courtney and Dr. Ficarelli always make it fun for the girls!

I've been going to this practice for many years, from back when it was located much further down Boylston towards Boston. Have been treated by 2 dentists and several hygienists and have received only superb, top quality dental care. Have never had any billing difficulties and all communications with the office have been clear and pleasant. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I recently convinced my sister, who lives in Rhode Island, to go to them and she is delighted with the dental care she's now receiving; better than any she's had since we were children and were treated by the family dentist for whom our other sister worked. I recommend this practice to anyone who wants outstanding dental care. P.S. They are very gentle -- but thorough -- in your mouth!

I have always had good cleanings here. They hygienists are friendly and the assistants are too. Today I went in for a repair on a broken tooth. They sat me in the chair and I asked a few questions about the procedure. They do the work and I get in my car to go home and think something doesn't feel quite right. I look at my broken tooth and it's still broken. I go back to the office and they put a filling in the tooth next to the broken one (no cavity existed here and nothing was mentioned until I confronted them with what happened). When I demanded they fix it they told me I never was having my broken tooth fixed today and that was never the plan (even though I had a consult for this over 2 weeks ago). Billing is a nightmare- they never send bills and then when you show up for a next appointment they will say you have a past due balance. This place will milk you dry and do poor dental work.
