I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Bowers. All the crew at the office were very pleasant, cut-out and kind. Great service,, and Erica was awesome. She explained a lot about the procedures and how to prevent tooth decay, bone loss, and gum disease. I felt I was well informed, and I was very comfortable with the process. On Wednesday 10/12/22, I returned to Bowers Dental Group for the final procedure for a new BRIDGE. When I entered the clinic on Olympic Hwy, I received a friendly SMILE from "Magnificent Melissa", "Terrific Toni", and "Rockin Robin". This is always a pleasant experience from the team members on the Front Lines. After I found my place in the dental patient chair (Captain Kirk's Chair), "Nitrous Nikki" welcomed me with a warm SMILE. After some consultation, I decided to travel through the Bowers Dental Group Galaxy with some nitrous oxide serving as my fuel. Nitrous Nikki gently applied the ROCKET FUEL, and I slowly floated away into a comfortable dental space. "Admiral Meharry" boarded the flight and entered the patient portal to administer his accomplished professional dental care and services to build a new BRIDGE for Captain Kirk. "Nitrous Nikki" receives SPECIAL RECOGNITION for her professional and personable dental care and treatment. During the journey through the Bowers Dental Group Galaxy, Nikki provided a safe, comfortable, and gentle dental journey experience. Additionally, I appreciate her patient, compassionate, and personal style of dental hygiene, treatment, and care - with a regular explanation and conversation during the procedures. Nikki provided a safe, painless, and comfortable journey through the Bowers Dental Group Galaxy, and after Captain Kirk returned to Earth, I was rewarded with a new BRIDGE. Dr. Bowers and team are always pleasant, professional, and do a great job with taking care of my dental needs. Monica has been my Hygenist since I have been going here, about 4 years. She is awesome, does great work, and is always a pleasure to interact with. It can be difficult finding a dentist in a new area, I'm thankful that my neighbors recommended Dr. Bowers and team as they are truly the best.

Dr. Bowers, Hailey, and Susan took the most professional care of me today, then I have experienced in quite some time. I called earlier today to hopefully set an appointment to remove a wisdom tooth that was causing me excruciating pain. I was a new patient and was't even sure I could get in. Susan got me in late this afternoon for an examination. Turned me over to Hailey for the exam, and Dr Bower came shortly and determined that he could remove the tooth immediately, if I so determined. I said yes and I feel both thankful for their teamwork, their efficient professional attitude, and the entire process! My recommendation to anybody is to visit this Dental office, and see for yourself. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

I had a root canal and treatment for an abscess. Dr Bowers took the time to make sure the procedure was done correctly and with as little discomfort as possible.

Everyone I interacted with was fantastic. Professional, great communication, and flexible hours for appointments. The office staff is awesome and they explain the billing and suggested work and cost extremely well. The dental work I have had from the cleanings to Dr. Bower's work on my teeth has been exceptional.

Went to appt 4 a cap that had fallen off told dr I wanted to save tooth, but he found it more abt how & how much I have to pay Wasted an hr appt to fix my tooth on finicial planning Walked out with sharp edges from my tooth Came home & used an emory board to file the tooth

Wonderful and understanding of patients anxieties. They actually attempt to converse with their patients too. Got the job done. They're pretty busy but worth the wait.
