Dr. Adam grew up just down the road in Council Grove, KS. He attended Emporia State University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. After college, he was accepted to the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Dentistry. He graduated in 2010 with his DDS degree. He spent his first year of practice in Hutchinson, KS. Then an opportunity to move back to the Manhattan area came and he took it. Hes been practicing in Junction City since 2011. Adam is a member of the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association and is currently the Vice President of the Northwest Golden-Belt District Dental Society.
Adam has been married to his wife Abby since 2006 and they have two children; Bradley and Aubrey. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, carpentry projects and fantasy football. Adam is also active in the community. He is the Vice-Chairman of the Riley County Public Health Advisory Council and is a member of the Board of Deacons at the Manhattan First Presbyterian Church.
Dr. Weeden grew up in northwest Iowa in the small town of Estherville. She got her Bachelors of Science in Biology at Kansas State University. After college, she attended dental school at the University of Iowa, graduating with a DDS degree in 2013. Dr. Weeden is an avid Kansas State fan and enjoys watching football, baking, gardening, and hitting the local trails in her free time.

Adam Bowen and his staff do an excellent job providing my teeth care. They are friendly and they explain all the options whenever any work beyond cleaning is called for, without being pushy. They let you make informed decisions. I couldn't be happier with the care that I have received here over the years.

I go twice a year for teeth cleaning and checkup. Each time I am so happy with the care and kindness shown. The hygienist, Chelsea, is gentle and thorough, careful of my special needs so I don't panic! Yes, I am a wuss at the dentist office. And Dr. Bowen is equally kind. I appreciate the front desk staff too!! I highly recommend them all!!

I'm not even sure if this place is open for business anymore. I've tried calling multiple times and left multiple messages over the past several weeks simply to find out if they are accepting new patients. I have received no calls back. And never-in all the different times I have called-has anyone actually answered the phone. Clearly they are not worried about helping prospective new patients. I understand being busy but after multiple voicemails and unanswered calls I will chalk this up to bad business practice.

The staff here including the office manager, dentists, and those who keep our teeth clean are super excellent in friendly and devoted care to our dental health. The office at times is busy but they always get back to you and they do value each person who trusts their care to them. I have had to contact the office several times for some help, and they gave me old fashion Integrity assistance with respect and resolution. Jen is awesome at what she does! They all are for that matter. They have memberships that help if you don't have insurance as well and will explain it.

Had a cleaning one visit and filled a vacitt on a different visit. His team is amazong. His hygienists did a great great cleaning and are very kind. He was very patient when he did my cavity and I got to watch Netflix the entire time. I almost fell asleep because he was a soft touch. Thanks again!!

My family has been seen by Dr Bowen for over a year now! Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienists are all amazing - some even teach at the school, too! They are so sweet, patient, and love their jobs. I have extreme dental anxiety and everyone in this office is understanding to try to make appointments as smooth as possible. I appreciate how thorough and careful they are. Fair warning : he is very good at his job and there are often waits to be seen by him (especially with the impacts of COVID) but he IS worth the wait! Please don't go to anyone else in town if you have dental anxieties!

I have been going to Bowen Family Dentisrty for about 18 months. The family oriented atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel at home. I suffer from anxiety and they go out of their way to ensure I'm relaxed. They never overbook and I've never waited more than five minutes to be seen. If you are looking for a dental office that makes you feel like part of the family, Bowen Family Dentistry is for you.

I'm an OOS student who didn't have a dentist in this area, but my plastic retainer of 8 years snapped so I called to make an appointment to get molds for a new one. Their prices are great, their staff is very friendly (I had a technician named Katie who is training to be a dentist herself and she was awesome), and they made sure the molds were the best they could be to last for at least another 8 years. Highly recommend
