The entire process of braces was easy and efficient from start to finish! I can't believe how quickly treatment time is now with their new braces technology. Love all the extra perks and attention her office shares with patients and parents.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I started going as an adult and loved the practice so much that I also took my daughter when she needed orthodontic work. The environment feels like a party when you enter from the good smell is fantastic, themed decor, fresh baked cookies, coffee bar, and bottled water. They take care of all of the patients needs even supplying complimentary Chapstick and wax. I never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be called back. The office staff is so friendly and super responsive. If I lived in Tomball I would still drive here that's how much I love them.

We have had an amazing experience with Dr. Boutros and her staff. We could not be more pleased with the process, and the outcome. Dr. Boutros and her staff are incredibly thorough, friendly, helpful and supportive!

Great orthodontist experience. We had two girls do their braces with Dr. Boutros and It was always easy to work with the office. The girls have gorgeous smiles and are super happy!

My son had an amazing experience at Dr. Boutros's office. He had two rounds of braces and each time he was incredibly well taken care of. The office is adjusted incredibly well to adhering to Covid protocols. Everything is very clean and safely done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Audrey and staff are amazing and treatment was so easy, they were always professional, friendly & flexible if we needed to change appointment date or time. The office is clean, comfortable and the treatment area is up to date and they have the most current treatment options. You can not go wrong to have your ortho completed at Boutros!

Unfortunately this has been a terrible experience as of late. Went in February 4th to complete my Invisalign treatment. They said they would order me my final "alignment trays". It's July 2 and I am still in the same trays. They do not bother to communicate although they are happy to charge my CC every month. Seriously disappointing and I will not be recommending. Have made attempts to call and speak to someone in looking for answers. The first time I was told the alignment trays were ordered and would be here soon. The second time I spoke to the office manager who said the trays had NOT been ordered until very recently and they would be here soon and they would call. I called AGAIN two days ago in hopes of some communication. They said they would call me back. Never got a call. Seriously upsetting and unprofessional. I can understand if things slow down because of the pandemic, my goodness of course. But this is NEXT LEVEL. Maybe someone will see this and actually call me. My advice- if you are an adult doing Invisalign, find somewhere else to go.
