Dr Gibbs and dental assistant Pascale were absolutely marvelous. Very caring and always asked me if I was ok and if I had pain. I had a crown done

Have to remove ALL these stars. I had an old crown replaced and the new crown fell off, it became infected and I needed a root canal. The next crown was free due to faulty first crown, and that crown fell off today. I also had a broken tooth repaired, not sure what the problem was, it just wasn't right, and I needed a root canal and crown to fix it. The dentist who did that work is no longer there, but still - my new dentist is re-doing everything that was done by Bourne Dental. It's been quite expensive even with insurance.

All the staff at Bourne Dental are amazing and always so kind. Jennette is always so positive and genuine. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist. Thank you all!

The Team of Dr Gibbs and Pascale are amazing! We are so thankful for the compassion and kindness during routine visits as well as procedures. My 11 yr old no longer hates the dentist and genuinely likes seeing these two! We've had quite a few visits here (like too many lol) they are so patient and accommodating! Thank you Dr Gibbs and Pascale for getting my little one out of pain and easing his fear of the dentist! Highly recommend!

I had a beautiful week for my Vacation the last week of June into July 4 weekend. I had told my wife that my tooth was incredibly sensitive and I could not chew on one side. I had had an experience with an abscess earlier in the year , had an emergency extraction and my fear was something like that was going on. I waited a day and then on the second day of pain level beyond a gazillion I decided that I would call for help. I asked my own dental office in Worcester Massachusetts if They knew anybody down the Cape. They directed me to a chain such as gentle dental. I did my own search and found several dentists around the area. I was at Bourne scenic Park and I could not believe the amount of dentist offices I called where I was told that there was nothing they could do they were not accepting any new patients even though I said I'm not asking to be a new patient I'm having an emergency where can I go And I must've heard the sentence I'm sorry there's nothing we can do 10 times. They were waiting for an end of my sentence so they could say can't help you. part of me was feeling I get it everybody's full. I'm full! I'm a psychologist in Worcester If a previous patient ever called wanting to return I would absolutely find a way to help them On the phone I consistently felt a lack compassion , Was clearly not being heard and essentially felt dismissed. I then tried Bourne dental Associates. And whoever the woman was at the front desk she's a great listener and she must have conveyed my story to Dr. Gibbs. And gave me an appointment within three hours of when I called I did not know Dr. Gibbs from a hole in the wall but she made time to listen to me, took an x-ray to tell me what was going on to tell me what she could do and what she thought was happening. They took the x-ray before they officially verifying whether or not I have insurance. She clearly Explained to me what options there were, She thought there might be an infection brewing and gave me a prescription for an antibiotic in case I need to get one over the Fourth of July weekend She did do one procedure which helped immensely and in a sense saved the rest of my vacation The staff made me believe that there can be excellent customer service in an age where that is so rare. I have had the same dentist in Worcester for over 30 years and he has just retired. I'm not thrilled with the new 'care' that I have been receiving there since. I even asked if I could transfer and become a patient even though I live an hour and 20 minutes away. I was told absolutely! They could have easily turned me away and said sorry but I cannot help you. My new dentist office I feel is a bit on the doom and gloom side and are talking to me about implants and things I should have done . I left Bourne dental Associates incredibly satisfied with the treatment I received. The compassion was refreshing. Vacation saved!! Thank you

Bourne Dental is head and shoulders above the rest. Always friendly, professional, and accommodating. The facility is squeaky clean, the staff is amazing, and the quality of care is the best I have ever received. I can't think of any aspects that could be improved.

After a few unpleasant dental visits, I avoided going to a dentist for years. I tried Bourne Dental about a year ago and could not be happier. The hygienists have been great, the staff friendly. I needed a filling, Dr Gibbs and Pasquale were extremely kind and patient with me during the procedure. I went in very anxious, and they did such a nice job of making me feel as comfortable as possible.

First time appointment. All Covid protocols in place throughout. Staff very friendly. Teeth were cleaned - sparkling result! Both the Hygienist and Dentist came across very knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend!

The staff are all very friendly, but overall we've had a lot of confusion and resulting frustration over what was to be expected at appointments, specifically going in for a cavity filling and only getting a cleaning. No I'm not going to berate the hygienist as it's not his fault.. but it's upsetting to have to prepare a young child for a procedure that ends up not happening. I'll likely have to pay extra or fight the charge because this cleaning is within 6 months of the last (at the same office), and I'll have to take more time off from work and school for more appts. Our family is reconsidering staying with this practice.
