My first appointment as my dentist is retiring and did not provide the level of care needed for this abscessed front tooth. They got me in the next day after I called, removed two teeth that I knew needed extraction and will add another tooth to my plate when I heal up, negating having to pull the remainder of my few teeth for a full upper. I am ecstatic.

Neglected my teeth for too long. Ended up with what I assume was an abscessed wisdom tooth on Friday night. Called Saturday morning and they got me in three hours later. Did an xray, confirmed it needed to be removed and they extracted it right then and there. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and they were able to handle it very well. I have no pain at all two days later and all seems good so far. I will be going back for a cleaning and to see what else needs done. Update: I went for the cleaning and it went well. Know for sure I had a lot of build up and did not feel judged or lectured to at all. Have another appointment for some fillings. Final update: Had the fillings done. Completely painless. Was amazed they could fix the decay I had but it looks like completely normal teeth now. I was so self conscious about them and now they look good again. Will definitely be staying with this place.

I hadn't been to a dentist in several years and was very nervous. I had broken a tooth with an old crown. Dr. Brian was very kind and thorough. I didn't have any pain during the dental work. The cost was very good and they accepted my dental insurance. I'm so happy I found them!

Since I moved to Columbus in 2019 I've been searching for a dentist. I've seen a couple and been disappointed, until I was fortunate to find Bourgeois! Dr. Travis is very hands on, he is careful and sensitive with his cleaning and exam. While the other dentists were quick to sell me on extra procedures and treatments, he honestly assessed my needs and told me to take special care or I "might" need a crown someday. I trust him. My husband and daughter in law are also clients and we're all very happy with this practice. I also admire this family's mission to serve the dental needs of people in the Dominican Republic.

My cousin told us about this practice and we've been going for several years now. They offer quality service where the dentist actually cleans your teeth and you have plenty of opportunity to discuss concerns. Highly recommend!

Dr Trever Bourgeois is a very good and gentil dentist. I honestly look forward to my 6-month cleanings because he is pain free and very thorough. Also has a great sense of humor and is always interested in me as a person. Thank you.

This is a Family Dentist office. I really mean Family; the whole family works there. They really do a fine job of taking care of me and I am sure they will take great care of you and your family. They have a great Xray machine and Dr. Trevor Bourgeois did a wonderful quick and painless job of filling my tooth. If I had gone to dentists like Trevor when I was younger, I would probably have more of my teeth than I do now.

Wonderful family Brian pulled a tooth a molar that broke from a car wreck I had very prompt 0 pain very professional very caring and kind I'll continue using this family. Due to my dentist retiring I highly recommend these good people ! Mr. Charles Bateman .

I love the office, location, pricing, staff, etc. Everything is perfect. I send family and friends here when they need a dentist. Dr. Trevor, Lisa, Jim, and assistants are always awesome. Gentle, friendly, helpful, genuinely interested in patients' lives. The place is immaculately clean, the equipment is all brand new - you can tell they spare no expense. Everyone at this family business cares and is invested in doing a good job. They have a small exercise facility on the first floor that is FREE and they do charity work in remote Honduras because they are good people who want to help the community. I am a life-long patient and customer.

This dentist office feels like an extension of family. My children jump with excitement when they find out theyre going. Dr. Trevor and Dr. Bryan are so kind and so patient. They perform all the cleanings as well. For my kids first visits they let them check out all of their tools which put them at ease. They made it fun amd friendly for them! My daughter does not warm up quickly to people but on her first visit with Dr. Bryan happily let him do a full cleaning on her. Their prices are reasonable, they get you scheduled quickly and have never had us wait in the lobby for longer than 5 minutes. I couldnt say enough good things about this family. They truly are what you would hope any dentist would be; gentle, honest, and caring.

Wow!! All the staff is amazing and friendly! I had an emergency, well to me it was, my dog chewed up My top plate!! They got me scheduled very quickly and working fast on getting my replacement conpleted! Dr. Trevor is wonderful! He explained everything he was doing in detail and asked if I had any questions. He is very thorough. He and the whole office staff cared about me and my situation, I didnt feel like just another patient. Thank you!!

I have been going to Bourgeois Family Dental Center for over 25 years starting with Dr. Fred. Now Dr. Trevor has been my dentist for the last 10 years. They are an incredibly caring team that listens intently, loves what they do and they take their time with you. If you are looking for an ultra flashy high pressure operation where you feel like a number, then this would not be the place for you. I have always had honest professional dental care and I highly recommend Bourgeois Family Dental Center.

I'm in shock!!!! Poor customer service from Lisa and lack of interpersonal skills and management skills from Dr. Travis! I had scheduled a general cleaning appointment. I called the office to inform I was unfortunately running late. Lisa, (surprisingly the "office manager"), answered the phone. She was rude from the very beginning I mentioned I was running late. Giving me a BAD ATTITUDE over the phone! She was UPSET and it showed! But, the bad experience didn't end there. I asked to speak with her boss, who happened to be Dr. Travis. I began to tell him my experience with Lisa. Once I finished, he stayed silent. I had to confirm he was on the other line by asking, "hello?". His renponse was, "I'm here" and stayed silent again. I continued saying, "well, that is all I wanted to inform. I was happy for my appointment today, but Lisa's lack of customer service was unacceptable". His answer was an unexpected "ok". My boyfriend and I became their patients about a year ago, and we both were very happy with our drs. Lisa, in the other hand, was always rude and she naturally has a bad attitude. But when the complaint escalated to the owner of the business, and experiencing an awkward/ one-way conversation with him was VERY DISAPPOINTING AND HUMILIATING! He made me feel like a waisted my time and energy for no reaso and with no feedback. I am sad that I am loosing my dentist and wish them the best, and most importantly, hoping that this is a learning experience for them to become a better business overall by VALIDATING their patients concerns and issues because that is simply "part of running a business"
