Their office is so pretty and very professional looking .Everhthing is updated and new. The Staff is all super friendly and try to work with you as well. Never had a bad experience and definitely recommend scheduling an appointment with them!

The service time was prompt and the environment is very calm and comfortable. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my questions and personal treatment. The staff also looked into the most beneficial financial plan which was a helpful double check. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm glad to have found a well-rounded dentist.

I had my first appointment at Bourbonnais Family Dental tonight and am so blown away by how friendly everyone was and how fast I was taken back. Everything they were doing was explained to me before and during which is really nice and Erica was so sweet and did a great job and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Definitely recommend! :)

I've been going to Bourbonnais Family Dental for years, so I was nervous when a new Dr. took over, but WOW she has really improved the place. The whole building had a face lift including the most modern and clean equipment. The dental practices have also modernized and I have never had such an easy filling. Normally I am numb for hours and it feels like you are in the chair for an hour. Not anymore- it felt like 15-20 minutes and I was only numb where the filling was (not my whole face) and it wore off almost by the time I got home. The staff is so friendly and professional I know I am always in good hands. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dentist or just want to upgrade.

My experience at Bourbonnais Family Dental was absolutely superior! I needed a splint put across my bottom teeth because I had knocked a permanent tooth loose. The quality of work done by Dr.Rashid was second to none! Once the splint was completed I was able to get my teeth cleaned by Erika and she did an amazing job! I have never had such a thorough cleaning. My teeth looked and felt great!! I have nothing but great things to say about Bourbonnais Family Dental. They have the latest and greatest equipment, the office is sparkling clean, and all of the staff were very friendly. Thank you for getting me in a pinch AND providing me fantastic service!

I have never in the 20+ yrs that i have been to dentist office have i experienced such a magnificient time at an office, once you come in they greet you with such energy and lets not talk about the amazing knowledge all staff have of dentistry that its unbelievable that there isnt anymore offices with staff just like Bourbonnais Family Dental. I recommend to anyone to check them out in your next dentist visit you wint regret it!

Had to get a filling today- was a bit terrified at first since I haven't had any dental work done in 20 years but Dr. Rashid and her hygienist Michelle made everything go so smoothly!
