My days are filled with fascinating conversations with wonderful people. Because I provide dental care to a diverse population, and each patient has a different background and passions, I am constantly learning from my patients. Its a pleasure to get to know and build long-term relationships with each person, as we work together to get patientsmouth to optimal condition and their smile looking its best.
For me, being a dentist is about helping people. When Im able to move people out of dental pain or discomfort, their life is better as a result. When I restorepatientsability to chew comfortably, they enjoy eating and their body is healthier. And when I improve patientssmile, they feel better about their appearance and are happier.
Whats most rewarding, though, is when Im able to help a person with dental anxiety learn to move through their fear. By practicing painless dental care, and offering services such aslaser and sedation dentistry, Im able to ensure a patient feels no physical discomfort during a procedure.
My Doctorate of Dental Surgery was awarded by the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. In addition to my university education, I regularly seek out continuing education (CE) opportunities. By staying current on developments in oral healthcare, such as new technologies and changes in treatment processes, Im able to ensure my patients receivethe highest quality care possible.
I am a southern California native, having grown up in Northridge and settled in Saugus more than 12 years ago. When Im not in the office, Im often spending time with my family, including my three sons and mydaughter. I take the kids to the park, soccer and basketball practice, ballet and dance class, and other extracurricular activities.
I am grateful and blessed to have found a career that allows me to help others. I strive to give each patient the highest level of quality dental carein a comfortable, efficient, and painless manner. It is essential that each person in my care is treated with compassion and provided the individual attention he or shedeserves.
I love that I have the opportunity to meet and care for a variety of patients, each with different needs and concerns. Everypersons oral health is important to them, and it is to me, as well, so I work withindividuals to find treatment options that work for their needs. I enjoy educating people about dental health issues and how best to maintain theirs, so theyll have years of healthy teeth and smiles.
I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. That education provided me with an exceptional foundation of knowledge, but oral healthcare is constantly advancing and I must stay abreast of the developments. I love learning, and dentistry is a profession that requires a lifelong pursuit of new knowledge and skills.
I seek out and participate in continuing education opportunities at every chance. By keeping up with the newest materials, research findings, techniques, and technologies, Im able to ensure my patients receive the best care possible.
I grew up in Los Angeles County and now live in Burbank. My life is shared with a delightful seven-year-old Chihuahua. When Im not caring for my patients, I enjoy going for hikes with my dog, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family, especially if were trying new restaurants!
I also volunteer with the USC Mobile Dental Clinic and Care Harbor LA. Its important to be active in the community to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Not only do I get to care for people, but I truly get to help them. At the end of the day, their appreciation and gratitudeis so rewarding. When a person thanks me and leaves with a smile on their face, it puts a smile on my face, as well.
We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.
I love spending my days helping our patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. Everyone on our team is committed to providing great care and making sure each person has a positive experience at every visit. We all enjoy getting to know our patients and becoming friends with them while we help them develop a healthy mouth. I work in both our front and back offices. In the front, Im a receptionist who welcomes patients when they arrive, answers the phones, and helps to coordinate treatment planning. As a dental assistant in the back office, I provide chairside support to our doctors and patients during procedures.
Its a joy to come to work each morning. Ilookforward to talking with and helping our patients. I like becoming friends with them, learning about their lives and interests, and sharing stories. Each person has specific reasons for coming to us for care, and its always my goal to make sure they are smiling when theyre finished with their visit, because theyve had a good time while here. As a dental assistant, I work chairside with our doctors as they perform dental procedures. I support the doctor and the patient, to makesure the patient is comfortable.
I arrive at work smiling, because I know my day will be spent making a difference in the lives of our patients, and I end the day smiling, because my work is fulfilling. I like helping patients who have varied needs and considerations that must be addressed. Its a good feeling to make sure each visit is a pleasant one, and knowing Ive done everything I can to ensure the patient has had a good time while in our care. As a dental assistant with expanded functions, I work with our doctors to help our patients achieve optimal oral wellness.
I earned my BS degree in Accounting from Cal State-Northridge, and have been with Bouquet Smile Dental since the first day our office opened. My main duties include all administrative business for the practice and our patients, and making sure the office runs smoothly from day to day. Since joining our team, Ive gotten to know many of our patients quite well. I enjoy coming to work every day because of the relationships I have created with them and with the rest of my team. I am so proud to be a part of such a wonderful practice.
