As a Buffalo native, born and raised, Dr. Evan Zingaro has been serving the dental needs of this great community for over 5 years. Together he and his exceptional team at Boulevard Family Dental aid in improving radiance, oral health, and confidence. Implementing state of the art care and consistently exceeding New York State dental education requirements he has been able to further his expertise regarding root canals, implants, and cosmetic veneers. Dr. Zingaro provides intricate full mouth reconstructive treatment to improve patients overall well-being and quality of life.
Dr. Zingaro goes above and beyond for his patients through his enthusiasm, kindness, and motivation. By becoming certified in both sedation and Invisalign he has had the opportunity to comfortably and safely provide smile makeovers for numerous high anxiety complex patients and renew their sense of trust and security sometimes after decades of neglect.
Dr. Zingaro growing up in Buffalo graduated from Williamsville North High School. He received his undergraduate degree, graduating magnum cum laude from the University at Buffalo and with highest distinction in 2011. From here he earned his DDS from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation he completed a general practice and maxillofacial prosthetics residency from Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center where he was able to learn from and train with world famous maxillofacial prosthodontists, plastic surgeons, and otolaryngologists.
Additionally he is a member of the Eighth District Dental Society, American Dental Association, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry. In his spare time Dr. Zingaro enjoys spending time with his wife Neya, traveling, competing in triathlons, reading, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Sabres.

When first started I had a younger female dentist. I had no complaints but had no major work done. Then at some point the female dentist no longer worked there and was replace with Dr. Zingaro. He is a very nice person. However....he diagnosed me with having to have a Root Canal on a front tooth and I regret not getting a 2nd opinion and he did not recommend getting one as well who specializes in them. The root canal has been a nightmare. Afterward I kept complaining it hurt, it didn't feel right and was told it was just healing and was fine. They even suggested having tooth removed a bridge put in (argh). It took a consultation with an orthodontists to recommend going to and endodontist. Sure enough the root canal was NOT cleared completely and the tooth was not sitting correctly. I had to fight for a year to have my insurance (Cigna - they are whole other nightmare) to get retreatment and a new tooth. Horrible experience and I already have high anxiety when visiting a dentist. NOW.....on same visit as when they did my root canal they put a cap on my back tooth. Just a little past 2 years and my cap has cracked and now Cigna is saying they wont pay for restoring it!!! I have had a previous root canal and cap and NO ISSUES what so ever. So frustrated with the work Dr. Zingaro did on these two teeth. GET A SECOND OPINION! In response to reply: I should NOT have to have procedures redone - so it is not an insurance issue. I am having issues with insurance because they already covered procedure and now needs to be fixed again within their given time limits.

I've been a patient here since 2017 and staff consistently friendly, accommodating and never experienced anything but easy, thorough and pain free. Can't go wrong !

The dental hygienist was very thorough and pleasant! I did not have to wait, she took me in on time and the office staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

I highly recommend this place. The dentist and all the staff are very attentive and friendly. I don't speak perfect English and they have always made an effort to explain everything to me, make sure I understand them and to understand my very basic English. There is a very warm and calm atmosphere in this place. I can't even say that I'm as scared of going to the dentist as I was when I was young. ( I was afraid of dentists) They are very attentive.

As usual my visit was great! From check in to check out you are always made to feel welcome! My hygienist Samantha, is great! She does a great job explaining everything she is doing and is very thorough. Dr zingaro is also great. I have been a patient for many years and don't plan on going anywhere else! I highly recommend Boulevard Family Dental!!
