Dr. Jerome Vitale, board certified in IV sedation, is a recognized expert in the fields of aesthetic, implant, and IV sedation dentistry. He brings decades of experience and distinguished credentials to the South Florida area. Dr. Vitale was a highly successful cosmetic and implant-focused private practitioner in New York City prior to moving to South Florida.
A proponent of lifelong learning, Dr. Vitale has completed extensive post-graduate training in the fields of cosmetic, implant, and IV sedation dentistry. He has been awarded the coveted Masters level status in aesthetic dentistry by the renowned Rosenthal Institute and NYU. Dr. Vitale is one of only several general dentists in South Florida uniquely qualified to administer IV sedation and surgically place and restore dental implants.
Dr. Vitale proudly served as Executive Officer, 14th Dental Company, 4th FSSG, United States Naval Reserves, and obtained the rank of Lieutenant Commander. As a dentist in the Project Hero Program, he now provides dental care to the many wounded servicemen and women who reside in the South Florida area.
Dr. Kyle B. DeLuca attended the University of Florida (UF) for his undergraduate training and obtained his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from Nova Southeastern Universitys College of Dental Medicine.
Following his dental degree, Dr. DeLuca went on to complete a full-time, three-year post-graduate residency in Periodontics, the specialty of dentistry that focuses on saving teeth and placing dental implants. He served as the Chief Resident during his Specialty training and has presented his research at State and National meetings.

Dr. Vitale is a very thorough dentist and is very pleasant. I have spent hours with Dr. Vitale in his chair, and his assistant's and staff are clear, personal, responsive and easy. Dr. Vitale was also available for me during the height of the Covid pandemic, and I am very grateful since it was a dental emergency. Unfortunately for me I have seen a lot of dentists throughout Florida because of relocation, and I recently located to Vero Beach from Port St. Lucie. But I will not change dentists because Dr. Vitale knows me and is good with the needle. Thanks to his great staff as well. I recently added a small dental plan with my employer, and Dr. Vitale isn't a member of the plan. However, his assistant said she would file the claim because the plan would pay some benefits. I honestly didn't think I would get much of a refund back, but within 10 days I had a check in the mail and the plan payed half the costs of my procedures, which just about covered the annual allowance! So unfortunately I will have to see Dr. Vitale going forward, I like the fact that he has a game plan and he gets as much accomplished in one sitting as possible. Thank you!

Bad news, I had a root canal and crown put in , the crown kept coming off, went back a number of times, to have crown glued back, big mistake having to done. Then they wanted me pay almost 4.000 for and implant, stay away . They are only good at cleaning your teeth .

I started my relationship with Boulevard Dental Associates about 4 years ago. My first appointment was on a Groupon, and I wasn't expecting much, and I was delighted with the service that they provided. I joined their membership which runs the same price as typical dental insurance, and I'm glad I did. I enjoy my visits with Dr Vitale, Sade, and the entire staff. There's none of the BS that you find in large corporate dental establishments. It's home for me !!

I love this office. I had anxiety about switching dentist, and I am super happy with Dr. Vitale and his awesome staff. They are very detailed in what has to be done, but not off the wall with charges. Thank you for making me feel super comfortable. My cleaning was best here then where I was for 20 yrs. I now have best Dental place ever, and no rude people. I feel like was treated like family.

Boulevard Dental Associates Is the best dental office you will find in Port Saint Lucie. The staff is kind and attentive and Dr. Vitale is genital in his approach to dentistry. I would recommend them 100% for your dental needs. Additionally, their prices are the best in town.
