Dr. Spear and her staff are wonderful people. Her assistant Alexis is amazing with patients. I have been going to Boule dentistry since I was a kid. I would never go anywhere else. If anybody is looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Spear.

I had a filling yesterday. I don't take novocain, but Dr. Mike Boule is so gentle and good, I didn't have any pain. I left there and went to lunch. He's awesome!!

I hate going to the dentist because I had terrible experiences as a child. I still have a lot of anxiety whenever I go. That being said, there isn't another dentist on the planet I'd rather go to than Dr. Boule. He's gentle, kind and very efficient. I've also been to Dr. Spear and my feeling was the same. You can't go wrong with this family practice.

Dr. Mike is friendly, professional and a great technical dentist. Always puts his patients first and with good humor. The rest of the staff, from hygienists to office staff are likewise very good - knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and friendly.

I am both impressed and pleased with Dr. Boule. He did impeccable work on my front teeth. I have gone to many dentists in the area and he is by far the best. If you are in the market for a dentist you need not look any further.

I had a great experience at Boule/Spear Dentistry. Everyone at the practice was courteous and friendly. My dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Spear welcomed me to the practice. She was very patient and explained all of my options on future dental work. I would highly recommend their practice.

I have been going to Dr. Spear for about 20 years. I have never had a bad experience. The staff are always so friendly, there is little to no wait time, and my appointments are always fast and efficient. I have been seen in both the Plattsburgh and Peru offices. Both are nice, but I prefer the Peru office because it is much smaller and seems to go faster. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dentist!
