At Mark I. Boul, D.D.S., Progressive Family Dentistry, located in Manlius, New York, we pride ourselves on listening to your needs and concerns. The focus of our entire team is to work with you to achieve the smile you have always desired. Dr. Boul realizes that coming to see the dentist may not be #1 on your list of fun things to do.
When you come to our office, we will discuss as much or as little as you like. Discussing a procedure, such as teeth whitening or braces, will not obligate you to have anything done. We just want to make sure all of your questions are answered. After that, how much we do is up to you.
Mark is a general dentist from a long line of dentists in Plattsburgh, New York. Starting with his grandfather, Isidore Boul, who graduated from the first dental school in America, The Baltimore School of Dentistry. Dr. Bouls father and uncle were also dentists while his brother and sister still practice in Plattsburgh. Dr. Boul earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo Dental School.
Tina works in our business office. She has been with the practice for over 20 years. She has worked as a dental assistant, front desk and has and continues to work with the insurance companies on behalf of our patients. She will help you with financial matters and find the best way for you to obtain the kind of dental treatment you have always wanted.
Danielle is one of our registered dental hygienists working at our practice for over 20 years. She takes the overall health of her patients very seriously. She will explain the latest issues and concerns from periodontal disease to cosmetic short-term orthodontics in our adult patients, to overall health and interceptive orthodontics for children. She will work with you to prevent problems from getting out of control and that will save you time and money in the long run.
Stephanie is a registered dental hygienist with over 20 years of experience. She has been with our practice since 2014. She values your time and will work with you to achieve the optimal oral health you deserve. She treats all her patients young and old with extreme kindness and awareness to their needs and concerns. She has enhanced our practice with her vast dental experience.
Doreen is a hygienist with over 23 years of dental experience. She started at our office as an assistant and returned to school to continue her education bringing her back to our office as a registered dental hygienist. Doreen is always concerned with her patients total oral hygiene and goes out of her way to make her patients comfortable. She makes sure she addresses all their dental needs and concerns.
Suzanne comes to us with over 25 years as a registered dental hygienist. Suzanne like all our hygienist is always current with ADA recommendations and protocols related to dental hygiene. She prides herself in making sure her patients are educated to be able to achieve their best oral hygiene.
Tammy brings to our office years of front desk dental experience. She can multitask the phones, schedules and dealing with the patients. Always greeting the patients in person or on the phone with a smile. She is always here to help you with scheduling, billing, or insurance issues.

Always a pleasure to go to the dentist here! I spent to much time in the dentist chair as a young person and was terrified. I can honestly say that I no longer white knuckle in the chair.

First and foremost: truly wonderful and caring staff, nicely appointed office, little to no wait, expert care, etc. Bonanza! Pre-pandemic Dr. Boule had the best and most up-to-date gossip magazine collection. Luxury! My visits always delivered a magical return along our leafy, treelined byways back to reality with the healthiest teeth and a thorough understanding of the crazy-going-ons of the always important beautiful people chronicled in the finest of print journalism! People! USWeekly! Modern Machine Shop! InTouch! BassProShop Catalog! SI! Popular Mechanics! Horse and Hound! Who says print is dead? Cornucopia! Alas post-pandemic, no magazines, no reading material, just furtive glances. Driving back to Syracuse with clean, healthy teeth, yet wondering what the beautiful people are up to...

Dr. Boule and his top-notch staff could not be better nor more caring. Absolutely professional in all respects. The practice is state of the art; efficient, and always welcoming. I drive an hour and a half to get there and it is absolutely worth it.

Great practice. Our entire family and several friends have trusted Mark Boule with our dental care for many years. The office staff and hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable. The dental hygienists are patient, professional, friendly and thorough. Mark is talented, explains everything and utilizes current dental technology. Wonderful to have a crown fabricated and fitted during a single visit. Highly recommend this practice.
