Great modern interior in this architecturally historical building. Dentist chair faces a peaceful creek. Great Staff. Very up to date equipment. Best cleaning I have ever had. And most important, the new Dentist, Dr. Alexandra Russ could not possibly be better.

My experience at Boulder Smiles was nothing short of amazing! The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, with a level of professionalism and personablity that I haven't had at any other dentist office before! And then I met Dr. Russ and understood why. She's so knowledgeable and SO warm and welcoming! We talked about our love for wine (fun fact, she's a sommelier too!), travel (she's traveled all over the world and has some really beautiful perspectives) and oral health of course. It feels so great knowing this is now my dental office!!!

Just had my 6 month teeth cleaning/xray appt with Dr. Birnbach's office. I couldn't believe the enormous steps they had taken to ensure the safety of their patients, and employees, against COVID. I felt really, really safe from the moment my hygienist met me in the parking lot, took the safety precautions, i.e. temperature, hand sanitizer, in the vestibule, to the protective covering of the chair and special equipment. I would highly recommend not only maintaining your dental health, but utilizing his office and staff to do so. I've been going to Dr. Birnbach for nearly 28 years and noted how he always stayed ahead of the curve when it came to technique and technology but this visit really sold me on how much concern and care he and his staff have for their patients.

I have had nothing but glowing, positive experiences since I started going to Dr. Birnbach this year. They are so together and on top of everything, it almost seems impossible, given the so-so experiences I've had throughout my whole live with various other dental offices. From technology to service, it is simply top notch. What a breath of fresh air to realise we have an operation like this we can count on for our very important oral health!

I went in for a scheduled cleaning but alerted the office that I chipped a tooth a day before and asked if Mark could look at it. Well, he did and treated the problem immediately. He spent a couple of hours with the chipped tooth on the spot. Great treatment. Excellent care by Mark and his staff.
