Very pleasant experience. Truly a no pain dentist. Dr Fox is very knowledgeable and stays with you to make sure you fully understand what is going to take place which is an extremely comfortable feeling. Looking forward to going back.

Start with waiting room- very spacious and clean, receptionist- very helpful. Dr Fox was very professional and explained all the options for my dental problem. The lady who cleaned my teeth was very helpful. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Boulder Rock Dental is amazing. From the front to the dentist to the hygienist ! My hygeniest Scheri provided the most through cleaning ive EVER had. She's such a genuinely caring person and provided arch a comfortable experience for me. I have TMJ and I felt no pain WHATSOEVER during my cleaning or afterwards. I highly recommend this dental office the team there is fabulous

Boulder rock is the best dentist I have been to so far and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. The office is clean and the hygienists are wonderful! Always a great experience!

This review is strictly regarding Dr. Angel Garcia, who is no longer there, as of 3 months ago? IDK if he was fired or quit, but I am surprised that it took so long. This man had the temerity to tell me what I could & couldn't afford in regards to dental services offered there. IDK that he has access to my bank account! Although, at $30+K to get done what he said was needed, I'd be hard pressed to say that I know anyone that has that kind of money just sitting around in an account, waiting to give it to a dentist? I wanted a second opinion, which is my right. I did like him initially, but after several unprofessional comments & conversations, I knew that they weren't the dental outfit for me. Dr. Garcia went on to elaborate in detail, about how he likes to take his wife out to eat, & he then checks out the restaurant's patrons, picking out those with dental problems i.e. bad breath, poor dentition a bad bite, etc. As well as, knowing of a simple dental tip that would help this Cubano 19 year-old waitress that was waiting on them. If she had a lot of money, would she be working at all? Or waitressing? Not that there's anything wrong with the profession. It's honest, hard work & I used to be one in my teens. There are no benefits. So why not share the knowledge, if it's so easily fixed & spare her a potentially large dental bill? Becuz you know when you go there for one thing that they find at least 5+ other problems that you didn't know about. But did he share? No, he'd rather be greedy & sit there with his wife & commence the rag session on unsuspecting people. He also blamed me for my bite! That's ludicrous, as we're born with our bites & can in no way help it. Next caveat, they owe me money. I've patiently waited 17 working days (June 16th) & there's no no check, as of yet. I'm working with Tonya & even spoke with Heather, to get this resolved amicably but, of course, only Tonya can help me & she's too busy to take my calls. They have a 3rd party company that they use for refunds that are located in South Dakota! They could've just as easily refunded my debit card but they never offered this. They have caller ID & can see it's me calling Therefore I'm run around, having to wait 20+ minutes on the line, she's out sick, busy, etc. I always paid my bill at the end of each visit. Yet, when I'm owed money, I get slow walked to death! The check has been "initiated" & that's all that they can tell me at this time. I might change my status if I ever get called back or I receive the mythical check. But if I don't, & here's a nugget for all that are plagued by shady and/or shoddy work by those in the medical profession, I will be calling the DPR (Department of Professional Regulation), whom regulates their licensing & monitors their insurance practices. They will investigate, fine & can either put the doctor on probation, suspend or revoke their license. Cool, huh? I most definitely can't recommend them. I do, however, like the dental assistants like Rhonda & the girl from Portugal (I'm sorry but ICR her name). They were very kind, courteous & professional. I went to Palm Coast Family Dental for my 2nd opinion. My estimated bill was 1/10 of what Dr. Garcia mentioned! I posted a review of them, as well. Apologies for the heft but am understandably upset & I'm hoping that this helps someone else.

My teeth always feel better after leaving here. I get cleanings twice a year. My dental hygenist Scheri is very awesome. She takes the time and makes my teeth feel nice.

Staff is wonderful and knowledgeable in their field. Had experience with much larger local branch in caring for my Father. It took this other branch literal months to make adjustments, and make my father comfortable enough to consume food, and they never could get it right. Boulder Rock Dental made my Father comfortable and happy in a single visit! After this I also now regularly visit 2 times a year.
