Dr. Bentz has been my dentist for 26 years. He and his professional staff provide thorough, careful dental care, using the latest technology (it always seems to be upgrading). They make a visit to the office comfortable and enjoyable, withheated head rests, nitrous oxide and novocaine (when needed). My visits to Dr. Bentz's office are actually a restful break from daily routine. From expert teeth cleaning to wisdom-tooth extraction, root canal treatment, and custom-fitted crowns (at least a half-dozen), the dedicated, expert care and service are always great.

As a rather quasi-elderly woman, I have been a constant patient of Dr. Michael Bentz. At my age, knowingly now, I realize I will never find another dentist who has his skill, patience, sensitivity and excellence at every level. A pair of Goldens (Rowdy/Amber) to greet you; a warm neckband, a blanket, and an all-around relaxing atmosphere to put you at ease. Since I started coming to Boulder Dentistry, I actually look forward to my dental appointments. Dr. Bentz is experienced, knowledgeable, gentle, and willing to take his time to explain everything that is being done. Excellent work! Paula is fantastic; on top of all the appointments, and insurance, while never forgetting to ask about the family. Coming to Boulder Dentistry you feel like you're visiting good friends. I could not recommend Dr. Bentz more.

Friendly office and my teeth feel great! My mom went in recently to have a crown replaced. I was shocked to see just the top part of her tooth covered and cavities forming at the base of the crown. Dr. Bentz covers the entire tooth and I have never had a crown replaced or problems with cavities in the crowned teeth. Thank you Dr. and Paula Bentz! :)

Dr Bentz got me in on an emergency during covid, thank God. I had the worst toothache. Turns out I needed a root canal (which I figured) It was one of the smoothest, pain free experiences I've ever had a dentist. He got me in immediately and the procedure was just absolutely the best I've ever had. Paula was amazing and returned my call right away (my dentist would not return my calls) Clinic was clean, they have 2 amazing dogs that keep you great company. I got a warm neck pillow and he even took a photo of my tooth so I could see. I am no longer in pain thank goodness. I will continue my service here from now on. Thank you guys! Update: 5/19/2022 I am still coming to Paula and Dr Bentz and I honestly can't say enough good things about them. He put a crown on yesterday and fixed up a cavity. I felt nothing the whole time and today I feel pretty darn good!! My past experiences with other dentists left me a little traumatized and ever since going to Dr Bentz, they have made me feel so comfortable and I won't be going anywhere else that's for sure. They're stuck with me lol. Thank you again guys !!! Update 8/18/2022 Went in again today to get a cavity filled (yes, I have awful teeth that always need work) and again, it was a very nice experience. I've been traumatized by dentistry for years and I'm just now starting to not get sick to my stomach when going to see Dr Bentz and Paula. They are becoming friends of mine and even though I've moved out of Boulder, I still drive to them, I'll never change dentists again, Dr Bentz will have to kick me out Zero pain. Comfortable chair, warm neck pillow, noise canceling headphones and nitrous gas. They really take care of their patients and I send everyone who asks to them. My husband will be starting to go to them next week for his care too. I HIGHLY recommend this facility. It's also very affordable.

Amazing people. I have severe dental anxiety and they are able to get me comfortable and keep me that way the whole time, Michael is a fantastic dentist and Paula is a gem. Highly recommend, and they have dogs to help with the anxiety so that's even better

Dr. Bentz and Paula are two of the most caring, friendly, personable, and responsive professionals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I *never*, *ever*, thought I'd say something like this, but I almost look forward to having dental work done just to see them. I've been a Denver-based patient for over 10 years (yup, I drive up to Boulder), and still have all of the teeth that I started with! (Um, that's an attempt at humor, BTW. Dr. Bentz's work is TOP notch). Rock solid.

Dr. Michael Bentz, along with Paula Bentz have been my taking care of my dental health from my first dental appointment around the age of 4-5 years old to this day (27). They even have the original Polaroid photo they took of me over 20 years ago taped to my file they use to this day. My only concern with them is being afraid they'll go into retirement. I honestly don't know what I'd do without them. They have added years of life to my teeth. I remember being terrified as a child to have dental appointments, Dr. Bentz had no problem being calm and having the patience to make sure I was as comfortable as possible before doing any procedure on my teeth from childhood until today. (And I did not make it easy as a toddler lol) If you're looking for your child's first time dental appointment, Dr. Bentz has the experience to make sure it will be easy, comfortable, and as pain free as possible your kiddo. I cannot put into words how much trust I have in him and his staff. I promise to anyone who reads this he will give you the same professionalism and care he has given me my entire life to anyone who walks into his office for the first time. As an added bonus there are two certified therapy golden retrievers who can comfort you as you have any procedure done, trust me having a loving pup under your arm comfort you as you get your teeth drilled makes a huge difference. If you are looking for a dentist I guarantee you will be blessed to have such a amazing caring doctor work for you hopefully for years to come.

Dispite coming in on an unexpected visit, the office was extremely welcoming and kind. As a new patient, and being a student out of state, they were very helpful in setting me up and getting right to work. I left feeling better and comforted by them! Amber and Rowdy are a fantastic welcome crew and bring lots of smiles.

I love how personal the visit was! A lot of times going to the dentist is a boring task where you rush in and out, but the staff is so incredibly sweet and caring that the overall experience was 10x better than any dentist I've been to previously. They also have dogs, and dogs make everything better(:

I have been a patient here for about 4 years now. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Bentz! He is a phenomenal dentist and I could not imagine going anywhere else. I remember when I use to dread going to the dentist. Not anymore! Being greeted by Paula, Amber and Rowdy the moment I walk in the door makes for a great experience right off the bat. Dr. Bentz has the most gentle touch. What novacaine shot? I didn't even feel it! I couldn't recommend this practice enough.
