Dr. Montoya is committed to his community and volunteers his time in many different organizations. As a health provider that is well trained in his field, Dr. Montoya feels a strong sense of duty to give back where he can, not only morally but professionally as well. Dr. Montoya realizes that a lot of organizations function strictly by volunteers and he enjoys providing his time and service in ways that he can. Dr. Montoya is a past member of Rotary International and Kiwanis International. He actively commits his time to theSusan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundationand collects Halloween candy and letters to send to the troops every year throughOperation Gratitude. He also takes dental mission trips when possible and donates his time to give care to those who do not have access to care. He has been to the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua so far and is hopeful to visit again in the future.

His favorite leisure activities include but are not limited to, spending quality time with his family, mountain biking, fishing, reading, golf, tennis, racquetball, photography, travel, riding motorcycles, and relaxing with friends. He is most passionate about his faith, his family, and his education.

Dr. Pearl Lai is a Colorado native. She attended the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. She then went on to practice general dentistry in the Denver-Metro area. During that time, she discovered her passion for periodontics, the specialty that focuses on the gum and bone that is the foundation around teeth. She then moved to Minnesota and completed her periodontics residency at the Mayo Clinic. After completing her specialty training, she returned home to Colorado to practice periodontics. Dr. Pearl strives to provide patients with the most modern and comfortable treatment choices through technology and innovation. She provides procedures such as laser gum surgery known asLANAP, pinhole gum rejuvenation, bone grafts, and dental implants among other dental treatments.

As a practicing periodontist, Dr. Pearl enjoys her relationships with her patients and her colleagues as much as the care she provides. When she is not involved in dentistry, she enjoys camping, practicing archery, mountain biking, snowboarding, and keeping a marine reef tank.

Hi! Im Tiffanie. Ive been in the dental field since 2006. I have worked as a dental assistant, front office assistant, office manager, and practice administrator in our office. Outside of work at the office, my greatest joys are Ethan, Emily, Elias, (and Eva on the way!), Dr. Montoyas, and my children. They are truly little miracles! As of July 2018, I returned to this office after taking a few years off to be closer to my kids. I am very excited to have settled back in to establish a long-lasting career with this awesome team and outstanding doctor! I am a Colorado native and truly love living here. My entire life I have been able to enjoy all this great state has to offer. I am always looking for a new adventure in outdoor activities. I am blessed to share my life with my amazing husband Cameron, our 2 beautiful young children, Lincoln and Vail. We also have 3 dogs which are our fur babies. Outside of work I enjoy traveling, skiing, hiking, exercise, taking walks, enjoying good food, and spending time with great friends and family.

When Im not in the office, you can most often find me spending time with my husband Ricardo and our two dogs Coco and Oso. We love exploring new places and taking the occasional road trip- whether its simply into the mountains or all the way back to Ricardos hometown in Mexico. I also enjoy paddle boarding, bowling, cooking, and baking.

I was born in Spokane, Washington, and moved to Colorado at a very young age. I married my high school sweetheart and we have two beautiful daughters. We enjoy all that Colorado has to offer, including fishing, boating, and skiing.
