The ppl working there don't know how to schedule appointments. Tome management is a huge problem in this clinic. Just one doctor is working as she said.Confirmed my appointment which we got 2 weeks ago but calling me just 20 hours before the appointment time and said that they can not accomodate us and will be schedule after 2 weeks. Ridiculous!!!!! Avoid it at all cost if you can, not reliable at all, they will keep you on waiting. Big no no

I called in advance to see if they took my insurance (they did) but upon arrival I was told they didn't sent away only find out at a later date that they actually did. As for the appointment when I finally got it, Boucree had particularly indifferent disposition. I had several several cavities that needed filling & wisdom teeth extraction. While getting checked out the nurse and boucree made several unprofessional marks about my teeth to one another (mind you I had been homeless as a minor until gaining stability after turning 18 and I got my first apartment--which impacted my dental health tremendously.) And he was rude overall.

If I could give no stars I would. The Dr. Boucher has a horrible disposition, he was rude and too rough. I wouldn't suggest this dentist to anyone.

The senior Boucree did a bone graph and has left me disfigured. I would NOT recommend this procedure.

If I could give no stars I would. The Dr. Boucher has a horrible disposition, he was rude and too rough. I wouldn't suggest this dentist to anyone.

I'm very afraid of needles, However it was a bad a I thought. Dr and Staff were excellent yes I will recommend one to go be apart of the family practice.

Terrible practice. I had 7 implants and every procedure was excruciatingly painful. Implants by a good dentist I found out should not be painful. Post care is non existent whereas Stanley Boucree could care less how you are progressing after he drilled your mouth out!! You are on your own. Make sure to have Aleve, Motrin and Tylenol handy as the Dentist does not prescribe painkillers. Also, Boucree Sr and Jr are pretty uppity, rude and downright disrespectful. Avoid this practice at all cost. The reviews I read on here are deceitful and most likely solicited from the practice. If you search you will see more accurate reviews of this disturbing dental practice! Sincerely-

First, they contact to insurance company about wrong toot I found it out when I came in appointment. Assistant told me they need to resechedule the appointment. Next appointment they do my extraction. And we made another appointment for check up I am in the waiting room waiting about 1 hour time is 12:14, my appointment was 11:30 and still waiting. I made my app for my lunch break. I thought I can go in and out because just for check in how does the extraction healing up. Long story short, doctors are seems nice I think father and son. But asistant and front desk person are not the nice. If you want someone honor the appointment time respect the patient this is not the place you want visit.

They are awful. Before arriving I verified w my health insurance officials and w the Boucree office that they took Medicare or/and my private health insurance. They said they did. When I arrived, they said they took neither. They are grossly incompetent.
