I have seen several dentists over the years for significant tooth issues. Dr. Dmitry easily occupies the best dentist tier. He is professional, courteous, compassionate and humorous. During the consult he explained things clearly and provided time for any questions. While they were prepping for my tooth extraction Dr. Dmitry was making some light hearted conversation. He then said, if you feel any pain be sure to let me know. He then paused for a brief moment and said in a very concerning tone, seriously if you experience any pain please let me know. Less than 30mins later the tooth was pulled and I was out of there without experiencing any pain. A few hours later, I had a voicemail, they called to see how things were. I left a voicemail and they promptly returned my call. If you're looking for professional, knowledgeable and compassionate then Dr.Dmitry is the one.

I had my wisdom teeth removed back in December of 2021. My Doctor was Dr. Steen and he did a fantastic job. My post op was painless and I had a quick recovery. Haven't had any issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend Dr. Christopher Steen.

The doctor/dentist that I saw seemed competent, experienced and good; however the young female assistant that assisted with the extraction and bone grafting was incredibly obnoxious and was talking and complaining non-stop about unrelated matters throughout the entire 'surgery' that I wanted to stop and tell her to stop talking. She was screaming into my ear and by the end of the procedure I was thinking I'd never want to return. This is unfortunate because the office staff, management, and doctors themselves seem competent. In addition to that, I had to wait over 30 minute sitting in the chair in a cold room, and received no update from that assistant as to what the delay was. I'd recommend the doctors if you can handle these peripheral issues. On the plus side, billing was straightforward and clearly outlined beforehand. I appreciated that level of organization.

Just got off the phone with the front desk who called to check up on me after my wisdom tooth extraction this morning. The entire staff and Dr. are genuine in their attentiveness to ensure sure you are as comfortable as possible as well as thoroughly addressing all my concerns before the procedure. It was so easy and painless, I was in and out quickly. Thank you again

Dr. Peysakhov was my daughter's oral surgeon for her wisdom teeth extraction. He called me personally after the surgery when she was waking up to let me know how everything went. The surgical sites looked great. The consultation before the surgery was informative and reassuring as well. The nurse answered a lot of our last minute questions post-op and was very friendly. The office assistants are amazing, too: professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend this practice!

I came in for surgery and had high hopes as it seems like a very nice office. However my hopes were soon dashed. I sat in the chair and could hear one of the women assisting during my surgery just outside of the room talking down/badly about a coworker of hers to another coworker. It leads me to believe they have low integrity. If this is how they treat a coworker whom they know, how are they to treat me? A stranger. I felt extremely anxious the whole time I was awake, and got a very off-putting feeling from one of the women doing my surgery. I believe her name was Sherry. The Dr was great, the assistant however, not so much. If you go here, I would request Sherry not be in the room with you.

This team of professionals, led, in my case by Dr. Dmitry, is the highest example excellence. From appointment scheduling, through the procedure and followup, this was a truly patient-centered experience. I recommend this practice with absolute confidence. "Thank you!" to all at Bothell Oral, Maxi & Implant Surgery.

I had a wisdom tooth extracts by Dr. P and the ENTIRE experience was amazing, yes I am saying this about someone who had to cut a tooth from my head! The staff has been accommodating with all my requests, on the day of surgery, I was given instructions to read, a good bag with stuff I would need AND they gave me a follow up call to ensure that I was doing well a few hours afterwards. I wish this was my experience with other medical providers. Thank you so much for taking care of me and see you next month with my son!

This place managed to ease the anxiety of past bad experiences to pull four permanent teeth. Didn't even need to go completely under and there was no pain. It helped that Dr. Peysakhov aka Dr. P was able to build trust and rapport with my teen. The consultation was well done too exploring options and how things would be done in an understandable, straight forward way. I also appreciated the emphasis on COVID-19 safety protocols that include being tested for COVID-19 to ensure other patients and staff are protected. All the staff are friendly and organized too. The follow up is great too to see how patients are doing and you understand very well what you are to do after your procedure to recovery well and safely and how to manage any pain post surgery. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends and if you aren't near by it is well worth the drive.

When your tooth goes rogue, Dr. Steen and team are your man to the rescue. My rogue tooth got lassoed, hog tied, and removed, lickety-split and expertly. I was much happier and healthier--and very thankful to have that caliber of heat-packing expertise on my side. Should anyone need to ride herd on an outlaw tooth, or is being tortured by a posse of bad guy teeth, you will be in deft hands with Dr. Steen and team.

Loved Dr. Steen. Had 2 teeth pulled and wide awake for it. I didn't feel ANYTHING! Even when getting the shots. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They are amazing people. His assistant was awesome as well. Wish I could remember her name. If I ever need this done again I'll be going back to them. Very personal and honest and funny. They know how to make sure you're relaxed. Thank you Dr. Steen! Love you guys....so the surgeon was Dr. Peysakhov who works with Dr Steen.i had to have a bad infected tooth out and they squeezed me in and again he did an awesome job. I only felt one bad pinch but it had to be done and he and his assistant were amazing in making sure I was ok. Didn't know it was out until he was stitching up. Unbelievable. Go see these people..they are truly amazing and really care about your health. Love love them.

Excellent overall experience! Dr. Steen is truly above and beyond excellence! The office Nurses, staff, assistants are very professional. I was given a very thorough pre surgery appointment on what was exactly going to be the procedure to remove 3 teeth, and the detailed process for implants. Surgery was well explained during procedure. Post surgery well explained and no issues. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr. Steen and his staff were absolutely incredible. With feeling anxious prior to wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Steen reassured me, made me feel safe, and cracked some jokes which was right up my alley. He immediately alleviated any anxiety I was feeling. He is incredibly professional, kind, and overall the best doctor i've received care from. Along with his staff, they made me comfortable, kept great conversation going, and were genuine throughout the whole process. I really can't speak enough good about Dr. Steen, he deserves more than 5 stars no doubt. I even got to speak with him post-op to personally thank him because I truly felt that grateful for the experience he provided me with. Would 100% recommend to come here. I had such a wonderful experience.
