My son needed an urgent appointment as his filling dropped. The urgency was addressed by the office and within 2 hours we had the visit. The doctors were very profesional, took the time to explain the procedure and I am pleased be taken care of by Boston Smiles. Can only recommend that place.

I had a great experience at Boston Smiles. Dr. Jessika Jahnsen is very knowledgeable and she explained to me very clearly what needs to be done. I totally recommend this place!

My rating is not of the care/dentist, but of the service. First time I made an appointment here I was running 10 minutes behind. I called them 3x(the number listed on google) to let them know and I got a voicemail. 5 minutes after my appointment time they call me and say, unfortunately we have a 10 minute grace period so we cannot take you. I was walking in at this time and litterateur bargained my way into being seen. Second time I go, they tell me it's 130 dollar copay because my insurance does not cover my appointment. Would have been nice to know that before I booked and spent my time scheduling appointments! The reception said "it's still 130 dollars". Thanks but no thanks!

This was my second visit this year and either time I couldn't ask for a more positive experience. Excellent professional service provided by friendly and caring staff. I especially love the soothing lavender face cloth given at the end of my cleaning. Thank You!

Going to the dentist is anxiety inducing, but I really like the staff here. I also tend to be difficult to numb for procedures, but Dr. Jahnsen got me completely numb on the first go to do my fillings. Will continue coming here and would recommend!

I've always had a great experience at Boston Smiles. The staff, from admin to hygienist, to dentist are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. My cleanings are thorough yet efficient. They always check any problem areas that I mention or that they notice. I have absolutely no plans to go to another office!

Amazing staff. I received tremendous assistance from the wonderful front desk employee. Very cozy and just an excellent experience in general (: All of the dentists are wonderful and incredibly kind.

New to the area and was a first timer at Boston Smiles. I was a little skeptical at first given the name, hoping it wouldn't be the fast food of dentistry, and was pleasantly surprised. The office was clean, staff was super friendly, and I didn't feel like they were pushing extra dental work on me. Overall a great experience!

Not very happy with visit. X-ray person was training on the job and had to retake the images many times. Please train your employees well before they start the job.
