Beware!! Beware!! Beware!! I had very bad experience, I had paid $4600 for my implant and I have been told that I will get 3 year warranty with high quality professional work. However I got opposite, my implant failed two times and went through very painful procedure. I went for second opinion and received shocking revelation. I have been misdiagnosed and operated in wrong way. I have talked to Boston Smile Clinic management and they are just offering $500. Its completely not professional. I have tried to escalate issue however no reply from higher management. People just want to get your hard earn money. Its totally waste of money, if you have some extra money to throw away then its right place to spend time and get nothing in return.

After Doctor done my teeth Both side uneven one side longer than another side can't chew small food and get hurt i tell him he said never perfect What's can I do now ?

Boston Smile Clinic is worth its name. The clinic personnel treat me with courtesy and warm. They are very careful and cautious toward the COVID pandemic. Mask wearing, hand sanitizers are the norm. Doctor Qu who takes care of me is very gentle and professional. The implant procedures were done with ease thanks to careful executed X-rays, 3D imaging and of course by the skillful experienced doctor. I'm also very amazed by the affordable cost of the procedure.For all the reasons mentioned above, I feel very confident with Boston Smile Clinic and would like to refer it to all of you who need dental implants. Finally, I want to thank Amanda the manager who is very flexible and understanding in dealing with patients. I might give more stars to Boston Smile Clinic but I couldn't since there's a maximal limit of 5 stars.

I had initial appointment to Boston smile clinic and was impressed with dentist, office appearance, treatment options and prices. So, I decided to drop my current dentist for Boston smile clinic and start treatment with Dr. Roberts.

Update: 3/9/21 Its been 1 year no refund. Bad Experience, I have not expected such service after paying big amount. My dentist reviewed and came to know I has been misdiagnosed and it lead to infection. Wrong screw size used.

My overall experience with Boston Smile Clinic is exceptional beyond words! Dr. Stanley Ye really cares about his patients and the staff are very professional and helpful. I would recommend this place 100% to everyone who's wanting to have teeth implants.

The dentist was AMAZING, kind, knowledgeable and informative. I had TWO implants done in one visit. Had ZERO pain, during or after the procedure!! I will be going back for two more. They are also much more affordable than other practices. The technology they use is fabulous! I highly recommend using this practice and have several friends making appointments.

Bravo to Dr. Spitz. A completely wonderful, painless, efficient and affective dental appointment to fill a cavity. This was my first visit, but surely not my last. And despite a natural fear of dental work, Dr. Spitz succeeded in having me leave with a smile and happy to have found my new dentist.

Its not worth price, not good quality of service. I will not visit place again. They dont provide any warranty on implant service(Not a single day). You will loose money.

I looked at the flyer on Facebook...its $2499/$70 monthly payments. Don't advertise something getting people's hope's up then whines up being something else totally different. Then you go onto say..."well once we estimate the cost---AFTER THE FACT!!! Change the flyer be honest!!!!

.Boston Smile is unbelievable .A++ great Dr's and great staff. Best dentist I ever been. I get treated like family The work is great. I'm getting all my teeth done and it's all state of the art. And u can't beat there prices .I went to other places and they never came close to what they offer. So if u need a tooth or a ful mouth replace I recommend BostonSmile Clinic. You won't be sorry B Bruno

I am doing implant with dr Ye. Very pleased. He is knowledgeable, explains options in great detail and patiently. The office is small, efficient and pricing is competitive. So far , itait has been anean positive experience.

Had a very positive experience. I'm totally a chicken and Dr. Sant and staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and less apprehensive. My treatment options were explained clearly and I was given the opportunity to ask whatever questions I needed to ask. Looking forward to having my dental work started and get my smile and function back. Thank you!
