Meet Dr. Caryn Willems! Dr. Caryn is from Green Bay, Wisconsin, but has spent the majority of her adult life living in Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Spanish from Creighton University- Go Jays! She stayed close to home, and continued her education at Creighton University School of Dentistry. She was the student coordinator for Creighton Dentals One World Clinic, a low income, after-hours dental clinic. In addition she was a peer tutor, a student ambassador and was awarded the American Association of Public Health Dentistry Award upon graduation. Dr. Caryn is always eager to attend courses in different areas of dentistry to extend her knowledge and continue to provide quality compassionate care to all of her patients.
Dr. Bradley Merritt is a recent graduate of Detroit Mercy and performed his undergraduate studies at Kalamazoo College. He is originally from Bloomfield Hills and now lives in downtown Detroit. He is a big sports fan, especially MSU-Go Green! He likes to spend his downtime golfing and spending time with his friends and family. He is excited to be joining our family and we are excited to have him here as well.
Leah is our office manager and the 'heart' of our operation. She has a wealth of experience being in the dental field for over 30 years. She has five beautiful children and two adorable grandchildren. Our patients love Leah for her warm and inviting personality and contagious smile.
Alyssa is the office holiday decorator and a vegetarian. She loves animals and spending time with her nephew when she is not working. She lived in Florida for a year but missed these good old Michigan winters.
Deann has been a Hygienist for over 20 years. She has a wealth of knowledge and professionalism, along with true patient compassion for what she does. Deann graduated from University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelors Degree in Science. In her spare time she leaves to donate her time at animal shelters and rescues, as well as bowling, playing volleyball and bike riding! Come on in so she can help you bring out YOUR BEST smile!
She loves to sing and has been in her church choir since she was 15. In 2012 they won the Verizon wireless How Sweet the Sound choir competition. She volunteers on the weekends and taught herself to play the piano this year.
Ella is an all-star dental assistant and has been assisting for over 20 years! She provides top notch care and will make sure you have a wonderful experience. You'll have all your questions thoroughly answered and will leave with a smile!
Gail is a true sweetheart and a phenomenal dental assistant. Not only does she help calm any nerves you may have, but she also makes sure you have a great experience in our office. She has 40+ years of experience and it shows through her chair side manner and advanced dental assisting skills. She just loves dentistry!

My experience with Deann's cleaning is always excellent. Deann always explain her process, which makes you feel comfortable and takes the best xrays ever. I have been going to Borson's Dentistry for over 20 years. Leah, the Office Manager has been with Borson's for over 19 years and has always been personable, never forgets your name and keeps up with what's going on with you and your kids. Love it. This is one place where customer service has always been excellent. Never had any complaints with the service or the staff. Keeps me smiling.

Borson Dental Associates is the friendliest, most professional and thorough dental office I have ever visited. Caira, my hygienist, was gentle and extremely knowledgeable and explained things in an easily digestible way. Leah, the Business Manager, reviewed my insurance policy and provided a very clear explanation of my costs. The entire experience was uncharacteristically pleasant!

All the staff at Borson Dental are amazing!! Deann worked with my son and I as our hygienist and she was so thorough! The staff is extremely patient and flexible thank you! Was an amazing experience all around. I was a new patient and came in for a cleaning. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in. Deann was my hygienist and walked me through every step and was an absolute joy to talk to. Before I left, Leah was awesome and explaining billing to me and even helped me understand my insurance (as I am new with that). I had to come back in a few days later to get some fillings and was extremely nervous as I haven't had a filling in a very long time. Gail was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She was rubbing my hand and it truly felt like she cared about me. She was truly awesome and made me feel so much more at ease. Dr. Bradley did my fillings and also did an amazing job as well. He kept checking in to make sure I was okay and it was a quick and painless procedure. I am truly happy to now have a new dental practice that I feel cares about me. Thank you guys!
