Consultation was great! But when it came to the day of my appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed, the way Sidow treats his staff (all women) was EXTREMELY distasteful and narcissistic and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Yes he did a great job but I feel for those ladies. They were so great to me and deserve to be treated as such. It appears I'm not the first one to say this either. Please treat your staff better.

I was afraid to visit Dr sidow office after reading bad reviews. I found him and his staff absolutely wonderful. Am glad I didn't judge him based off of the bad reviews. Thank you Dr sidow , also for having a wonderful and professional staff that took care of a doubtful, nervous and emotional patient while performing oral surgery on me today. Mrs Patricia Walker

Dr. Sidow has done two procedures for our family and he's absolutely terrific! He's so knowledgeable, down to earth, and kind! His sense of humor and wonderful bedside manner make everything go so much smoother and ease our nerves whenever his services are necessary! He genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure that they are comfortable both during and after procedures. His staff is very friendly and accommodating, as well. We most definitely recommend Dr. Sidow, his staff, and their services to everyone!

staff is nice and sidow is a great oral surgeon. have had 3/4 wisdom teeth removed here. on both occasions had no excessive bleeding or even pain / swelling.

I had a privilege to meet Dr. Sidow for extracting my wisdom tooth, the amount of care that I received was amazing for Dr. Sidow and his staff was amazing, the way he approached me was very professional, friendly and caring. Thank you Dr. Sidow for following up with me and making sure that I'm doing well which means a lot and tells about you as a person and as a professional doctor.

When I 1st arrived at the office I was extremely nervous to the point I thought I was going to pass out or cancel my appointment. That all quickly changed once I was called to the back. From the friendly nurses to Dr. Sidow coming in to do my procedure I was the most calm and felt such relief. I didn't feel the IV get placed or the stick to numb my mouth. Everything was painless. I can't recommend Dr.Sidow and his team enough. If you have severe anxiety like I do when going to the dentist I can tell you with Dr. Sidow and his team you are in GREAT hands.

When I was looking for an oral surgeon I of course looked for Dr. Peacock since that's who I last used and the experience was pleasant. However Dr. Sidow is the number that comes up even associated with a completely different website for Drs Peacock and Dr. Rafoth. From the first time I visited I had a very unpleasant feeling the staff makes it feel as if somehow you are a bother to them even though that is in fact their job. They do not listen to concerns: questions or fears Dr. Sidow told me I didn't need to take my anxiety medicine the morning of surgery because I didn't have anxiety. I shouldn't have to tell my life story for a doctor to listen and understand that this patient has been through a lot and what I'm telling you is the truth. The tone in Dr Sidows voice when speaking to his patients and staff is completely ill. He raised his voice at me and told me not to cuss while I was sobbing even though I had never uttered a cuss word. When I told his phlebotomist where to get my vein she completely ignored me and of course didn't get the vein and when I spoke up and said I had told her where to look Dr. Sidow got angry with me and told me I wouldn't berate his staff. The only redeeming woman I encountered here was the 2nd lady to try and get my vein I believe her name was Pam she was the only single nice person in this practice. Other than I would recommend if you could go ANYWHERE but here, I would. Unless you want a Dr to talk down to you and invalidate every word you say; then you'd love it here. Not to mention after surgery they told me nothing as to how to care for my mouth or about the stitches, nothing! Worst experience to date and I've spent an entire summer in a hospital to give context of how I absolutely feel about the unprofessional attitudes in this place.

Make sure to get a pre-determination before wisdom teeth removal. It took them 3 months to get it right with my insurance company who pays 100%. Then staff was rude when I called weekly for my money to be returned that we paid out of pocket!

I went there today and had a very bad experience. It was my second time & Msr. Sidow was very rude. He belittled me and made me very uncomfortable. He talked to me like i was nothing and the other doctor just sat there. He caused me to have a very bad panic attack and tried to make it seem like i was crazy after because i told him i smoked weed. I will not be going back to them. Ever

Very professional! From the moment you walk in, to the moment you check out. Just having that confidence that you will be taken care of is a wonderful feeling . Everyone takes pride in there jobs and it shows. Dr. Sidow is very professional and caring he takes the time to explain your treatment and steps pre and post op. Highly recommend for oral surgery!

I had been dealing with impacted wisdom tooth pain for nearly two weeks and was having a difficult time finding someone to get me in. They were more than accommodating, fitting me into their schedule and explaining the process from start to finish. Dr. Sidow is no nonsense and very professional. He and his staff were very thorough and obviously competent in what they do. Thankful to be on my way to recovery thanks to their care! Highly recommend!
