I received a call from Borger Smiles about 3 weeks ago to schedule a follow up. I provided my insurance information over the phone and the person I spoke with said I was good to go. I get to my appointment today and they say they cannot see me unless I am a cash patient as they don't have my insurance information. By the way, I had to take the afternoon off from work for this. Turns out the person I spoke to didn't do their job, which I've heard is a HUGE problem with this place. I do not recommend anyone receive care here, you are better off driving to Amarillo. They could have processed my insurance manually, but they didn't want to do that. I even offered to wait, but they only offered to re-schedule or I could pay FULL CASH price for my appointment, even though I pay for dental insurance every month. RUN AWAY-DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR MONEY OR TRUST!

I will never recommend Borger smiles!!! I pull the doctor aside and told them they could NOT be forceful with my daughter. I turned my back for a moment to address my son, turned around to see the doctor and nurse holding my daughter down, gripping her face trying to stick her with a needle. She flipped out. To this day she is terrified of dentists. It was extremely traumatic. We've never gone back. We rarely saw the same dentist, my kids fillings were constantly falling out, and "supposedly" my kids always had cavities. If you know what I mean. I'd give a negative score if I could.

If you want your teeth cleaned, DO NOT, DO NOT come here. Only the sonic scaler was used. No pick used to remove plaque from between the teeth, no polishing done after scaling and no flossing. All done by the doctor, very unusual, and not a dental tech. When I got home, I removed some plaque between my bottom front teeth with my own dental pick. Forget borger smiles.

It took forever to get a tooth pulled, and they cut my tongue and now I have nerve damage and can't even stick my tongue out less eat anything unless it's soft. And now I slur my words because I'm not able to talk normal because of it

They are extremely friendly. They also do their best to get you the best payment plans in order to help with your dental needs. I go here and I also take all 3 of my kids. Highly recommend

Terrifying dental service. Should be shutdown for malpractice, please don't bring your child here like I was. Smile workshop in Amarillo is the best in the area.

Got me in same day. Amazing staff very clean and now has not only myself as a patient but has both my kids as well.Thank ya'll for all your help an great bedside manner.

Terrible. Ruined my teeth. Worst dentist I have ever been to. update 5 years later: my teeth are still messed up from how this dentist cracked them in half instead of doing proper fillings and the dentist here recently broke my parent's tooth all the way to the root, killing the tooth

My experience with everyone has been great!! I had a have a tooth extracted, it was almost painless. Just a little poke is all I felt.

Don't even wanna give it one star.they said my 5 yr old daughter needed work done.they couldn't do what they needed to last time and so they referred me to a pediatric in amarillo and they said nothing was wronge with my daughters teeth.i do not recommend them!

We had a rather long wait, but this was our first visit and it took some time for the insurance to get taken care of. The dentist gave us a good checkup but just a regular cleaning. We both needed a periodontal cleaning. I'm not sure the dentist knows the difference between a regular cleaning and a periodontal cleaning.

The girl that files insurance does not know what she is doing. My grandson has the exact same insurance he had every time he been here yet it took her an hour to verify. REALLY!!?? This place is extremely poorly managed, and the exam room is not clean, and the employees are all on their phones. I do not recommend.
