As an orthodontist in Lake St. Louis, MO and Kirkwood, MO, I love watching the patients self confidence grow. It is amazing how someone who never used to smile or was afraid of smiling can change. After all, a smile is often the first thing people notice.
Orthodontic treatment with braces and orthodontics is a group effort between the patient, family, dentist, orthodontist and staff. It is my responsibility to keep everyone working together in a positive manner. This way the patients experience will be a success.
I am a native of Joplin, MO and am married to my longtime sweetheart, Clare. We were blessed with our daughter, Brooklyn, in 2012, and our sons Beau, in 2015, and Beckham, in 2019. In my free time I enjoy playing and watching sports. My favorite teams are the Missouri Tigers, St. Louis Cardinals and Blues. I also enjoy hanging out at the lake, traveling, working out, running, and golfing. One of the most rewarding aspects of being an orthodontist is the long lasting relationships you create with patients and their families.
Andrea is originally from Farmington, Missouri. She has been with Dr. Borello since the doors opened in 2011 and has filled about every orthodontic position imaginable. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State with a degree in Fitness and Sports Medicine but she is always the one buying ample amounts of snacks for the whole staff to keep them happy. She is married with 2 kids. When Andrea is not at work she is busy being her kids chauffeur and traveling for their sports. So if youre traveling and need to know the go to spot for delicious treats in a new city, shes your gal.
Brenda was born and raised in Arnold, Missouri. After graduating high school she attended dental assisting school at Bryan Institute. She has been in the dental field for almost 40 years and were so lucky to have her on our team. Brenda has such a kind heart and is starting her journey in crafting! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, son Jordan and two very spoiled dogs.
Brittany is originally from Bloomington, Illinois before moving to Chicago to go to DePaul University to earn her B.S in Hospitality. She has over 12 years of customer service and has even worked at Disney World in college! After living in Orlando, FL (so she could see Mickey whenever she wanted) she moved to OFallon, Missouri in 2019. Brittany is married with a toddler and they love to play at the park and run errands together.
Jenna was born and raised in Hawk Point, Missouri. She has multiple years in customer service as well as her dental assisting certificate. Jenna is a competitive high level barrel racer with her horse, Benny! She has qualified for the Bonus Race World Finals as well as BBR World Finals. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family at their ranch!
Vanessa is from central Illinois. She has been an orthodontic assistant for over 35 years. She has 3 dogs; a great pyrenees, a mini Pomeranian and a great dane that she goes home to walk every day. She has two awesome adult children! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the St. Louis Blues!
Kim W. Clinical Assistant(COA) (EFDA)) At Borello Orthodontics Kim is originally from western Pennsylvania. She now resides in OFallon, Missouri. She has worked in the dental field for over 30 years. She is the mother of 4 sons and shell gladly tell you some hilarious stories on how it was raising them all! She has four amazing grandbabies that she adores. She has the most contagious nervous laugh that spreads like wildfire when it happens and we end up having an entire office laughing and they have no idea why! In her free time she enjoys sand volleyball, going to the beach, spending time outside and is a big baseball and football fan.
Gigi B. Clinical Assistant (EFDA) At Borello Orthodontics Gigi lives in OFallon, Missouri with her boyfriend and her cute dog, Mac. She recently passed her EFDA test to be certified! She has a laugh that fills the room and is the best with nervous patients. She has almost 40 plants in her home and calls herself the crazy plant lady! She loves all things gardening, dogs and outdoors.
Kate P. Clinical Assistant At Borello Orthodontics Kate was born and raised in Wentzville, Missouri where she was a competitive dancer for 16 years. She was a patient when she was younger and she enjoyed it so much she decided to come work at Borello Orthodontics! Kate also does some modeling for a local boutique. She is currently in college as well as coaching the high school dance team.
Jordan D. Clinical Assistant At Borello Orthodontics Jordan recently moved to St. Louis after living in Denver, Colorado for 20 years. She has been in the dental field for almost 2 years, is a certified x-ray tech and has her dental assisting certificate. She enjoys paddle boarding as well as photographing weddings and engagements. She has a shitzu poodle named Kimber and loves to time herself doing 1,000 piece puzzles!
Sydney I. New Patient Coordinator At Borello Orthodontics Sydney is from Wentzville, Missouri where she was a competitive cheerleader. She is new to the team and a quick learner! She has over 3 years of customer service and is great with our new patients. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time!
Tammy J. Marketing Coordinator At Borello Orthodontics Tammy was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She has almost 10 years of experience in Power of One for business management! She has 3 grown sons, 1 bonus son, 2 dogs and a wonderful husband! She enjoys visiting her property in Mark Twain during the summer with her family. Tammy also has a passion for helping people not just at Borello Orthodontics but also with her product called Color Street!
Addie K. Treatment Coordinator At Borello Orthodontics Addie was born and raised in Flinthill, Missouri. She has been in the dental field for almost 5 years and always has a positive attitude! She has two sisters and a nephew that she adores. She has the best dog who is named Kevin! When she is not in the office Addie loves to travel, enjoy time with her family and try fun new recipes!
Carrie F. Clinical Assistant (EFDA) At Borello Orthodontics Carrie was born and raised in St. Louis and has been in the orthodontic field for over 25 years! She married her high school sweetheart and has two sons, Cody and Kyle. She enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Joanie Grace!

I've been going to borello for a year and 3 months and i am about to get my braces off! I love this place and the staff. Everytime I go whoever is changing my bands or wires is always so nice and kind to me. Dr. B is awesome and made my teeth look great! Not only are the people amazing, so is the atmosphere and customer service. I never have to wait long at appointments and they always get me in and put fast! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

First of all, this office smells amazing as you enter. Quite a suprise for a dental office. The staff is very friendly and wlecoming. Excellent communication in regards to reminding you about dental visits. Dr Borello provided excellent dental care. My only issue and the reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars, was the billing. Just be aware that how your insurance is billed, is different depending on if you go to the Kirkwood office versus the Lake St Louis office. I had no idea that the location could change your insurance benefit! It was a $500 lesson! My insurance co. said it was the dental offices responsibility to inform me. The office blamed the issue on Orthofi, the billing company. I hoped that when I brought this information to Dr Borello and his office attention it would be remedied, but was not. So, I would highly recommend Dr Borello and his Lake St Louis office, just verify tthe amount your insurance benefit will pay at each location.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Borello Orthodontics. Not only are Dr. B and his team super friendly and knowledgeable, but they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. This was my second time getting braces, this time as an adult, and what I appreciated the most is their honesty and how much they care about each of their patients. Dr. B even told me things I wish previous orthodontists told me when I was younger. Thanks again Dr. B and team! I am so happy with the transformation and my new smile!

I do not write reviews very often, however with all the choices in orthodontic care out there I thought it was important to share my thoughts on Borello Orthodontics. My daughter has been a patient for over a year and I am very happy with the education she has received regarding care and maintenance of her Invisalign's. I never have to micromanage her care because she was taught by the staff the correct way to care for her own progress in a way that works for her. Due to COVID I do not attend her appointments with her, but it is nice to see how much they support her without me being present. I recently decided to become a patient myself and was worried about the financial burden that would come along with two family members having braces at one time. However Jazmin and Dr.Borello worked with me to provide a payment plan that worked for our family. Borello Orthodontics is the most warm and welcoming office I have ever been too. They take you in as family.

I would not have chosen anyone besides Dr. B and his staff to go through the journey of braces with. It can sometimes take a lot to know if you can trust an orthodontist with your teeth, however, as soon as I met Dr. B and everyone that works with him I knew I was in good hands. This group of people is certainly one of a kind, some of the nicest people you will meet. If you are trying to decide who you want to make your smile perfect, settle your mind with Dr. B!

I want to personally thank Doctor Borello and his amazing staff. I had 2 of my children in braces at Doctor B's office and decided after a terrible experience with "Smile Direct Club" that I would get braces to look and feel my best at my upcoming wedding. Not only did I get my braces off 1 day before the wheels went up on the plane, but 3 months earlier than we originally anticipated. Now comes the only issue I had... In 43 years, I had NEVER smiled with my teeth! I left there feeling a huge sense of relief and confidence I had never had before! Well, 5 days later, on 10-10-20, I found my smile on a beach in Cabo San Lucas. THANK YOU DOESN'T SEEM LIKE ENOUGH! If you are contemplating braces, or think you are "too old to get braces" STOP! The staff and Doctor B are the BEST and will have you smiling in NO TIME! Thank you all, Holli Seidel

As a mother that has 4 children that go here I have to say they are spectacular! They are always accommodating. The staff has always gone above and beyond. They use the latest technology. The waiting room has video games and electronics to entertain while you wait. They have monthly giveaways and yearly pool parties! I literally feel like they're family. Our son had some issues with something on his braces irritating him and one of the gals came back to the office when they weren't open and fixed him up so he wouldn't have to deal with irritation over the weekend. Our oldest just got her braces off and the before and after is incredible! Now if we could just get Dr. Borello to work on dogs with severe underbites!

I also have a crown on my tooth & I had a small chip on another tooth, everyone at the practice handles my crown with care. After telling Dr.Borello that my dentist refuse to fix my chipped tooth with wires on Dr.Borello fixed it for FREE! I've never had service so amazing and I'm very happy I chose borello smiles !!
