Our practice specializes in periodontics, devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of gum diseases. We also provide services in placing dental implants, which we consider as the best replacement for missing teeth. Our goal is to help patients reach the highest level of oral health possible so they may enjoy the benefits of a functional, attractive smile. We pride ourselves on our thorough patient education, gentle treatment methods, well-trained staff, and quality patient service. We work in partnership with other dentists of the community to help ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Shirley is lazy, rude, and refuses how to do her job properly. She didnt know if her office took my insurance or not so instead of calling to find out which is her job she refused. I was given this office as a possible provider from my health insurance. All the other secretaries at other offices called to check but shirley thinks it's not her job and just saying idk and arguing is what shes supposed to do. She told me it's my job to call, which I already did and was given a list of possible providers. Even my health insurance told me the secretary at the dental office would have to call them to confirm.

Dr. Bordeaux and the hygienist were very nice and helpful. But I cannot give a good review due to the office staff. Upon scheduling my procedure, I told the billing staff that I needed to know the exact amount I would owe and when I would owe it because I needed to save and budget for the procedure. I paid in full at both of my appointments. I then received a bill for over $800 a month later. When I called, I was told that my insurance would not cover it. It was her job to ensure this was handled BEFORE my procedures. She said that I must have had other dental work done since she had given me the amount owed, but I did not have anything else done. Plus, the second part of the procedure was done in November, so if I had just waited until January, it would have been paid in full. This was totally an office error and a very expensive one, at that. Dr. Bordeaux acknowledged the error and stated she would accept roughly half of the new amount owed as payment. I paid it in full in a few months so as not to hurt my credit, but I truly feel that this was a bait and switch. I would not have had the procedures done if I had known the true final cost. It is too bad because Dr. Bordeaux was very nice but the office staff is an extension of her and shows how they do business. Unfortunately, I learned an expensive lesson.

I've been seeing Dr. Bordeaux for over 10 years and have had multiple surgeries. She is wonderful, I highly recommend to everyone I know that is looking for a Periodontist. Friendly office

I only went to her one time for a consultation on getting implants & her prices were outrageous & I was advised of $85 fee for consult even though the majority of dentists offer for free. The $85 was paid & then a few months later I received a bill for another $111 for an extra. Was never advised of extra fee & spoke to receptionist & they were not helpful at all!
