-2000 stars. Worst experience ever for my 6 year old. The dr told us she couldn't get all of the decay out of the tooth because he was screaming how bad it hurt so she went ahead and crowned it anyway and told us we would have problems. Oh, and she said she had been doing this a long time and that didn't hurt him. Beware!

I been taking my 4 children here for years now, but after yesterday sadly will never be coming back. Had a horrible experience with my oldest child who is 5, i had taken him for the 4th time in for a crowning process he was having done and was always attended by Dr. Boozer and everything was smoothly until this last work he had done on him he was attended by a taller female Dr. Who speaks gentle but her acctions were unaceptable. My son was calm all up to getting the numbing inyection and as all child felt pain. afterwards he was numbed and calm even asking when would the Dentist come in and she started everything to agresively giving him a second doses and putting he gas that goes on hisnose on his mouth agresively while he was crying , and shoved the crown on him causing him pain and afterwards trying to force him to close his mouth by putting pressure on his head and jaw. My boy was all day talking how he didn't want to ever go back and that is how it will be.

I took my daughter there to take out a chipped tooth, but all they did was look at her and told us to make another appointment to come back , so nothing was done, but I was charged for $70. I feel ripped off and the front desk people were rude, definitely not going back to this place.

Started with Dr Boozer when he first started in Tyler with my children, still seeing him with my grandchildren. He is very good with the kids. He also has a day he sees only special needs patients. My youngest son is special needs, he started seeing Dr Boozer when he was 3 yrs and is still his patient at 27. I recommend Dr Boozer to anyone with needs a dentist for their child. His staff is always friendly and great with the kids.

We switched dentists because the last two visits here (and we have been taking our kids to dr Boozer for years, unfortunately) my children were given "all clear. No cavities" ... again. I was very suspicious because my youngest was having tooth pain. I checked his teeth later and saw that there were two, very visible, holes on his tooth. Either they've been lying to us, or they're incompetent. Neither of which is excusable. They are all taken care of at their new dentist-- guess what, both children have multiple cavities. We take care of our teeth in our house-- but children will get cavities once in a while. We tend to trust dentists when they give us an all clear... I'm so glad I checked their teeth on my own. And I'm equally glad that we found a good dentist elsewhere.

We love Dr. Boozer and all of his staff! From scheduling, registration to cleaning and other dental work, each member of this team is friendly and professional and go out of their way to make each visit as painless and enjoyable as possible. What I really appreciate is that they don't try to influence you to have unnecessary procedures done and they are conservative in their approach. I've had other dentists who tried to convince me my 18 month old needed extensive work done that required hospitalization and thousands of dollars. Dr. Boozer addressed needs and concerns and we didn't have to go into debt for it! We trust Dr. Boozer and his staff implicitly and recommend Boozer Dental Works to any family with dental needs.

Dentists and staff are good but be prepared to wait a minimum of 30-45 min past your appointment time to be seen. This has been my experience every time we have been there.
