The receptionist cancelled my two kids appointment for me being 1 minute late. I tried to call and they never answer. Drove all the way from Buna to be turned away for 1 minute! No Grace for a mom who took off work to make sure my kids had their cleaning during summer break. I had car trouble and gas prices are high. They said it's policy. No sympathy and said they had other appointments. Not a soul was in the lobby. Don't waste your time with this uncaring place!

Really Dr.Boone turning someone away for being 1 minute late! You should be ashamed of your staff that handled this situation. You owe my niece an apology for the way she was treated today. I highly recommend NOT to use this dentist office!!

I wondering Dr Boone if you know what your office policies are? Do you know if you are 1 minute late you are turned away? I'm hoping you don't know that today my niece and her 2 children were turned away after driving from Buna to Vider, think about what it cost in gas for a mother making low wages and taking off work, having car problems, she went outside and cried until her children comforted her and assured her it would be ok!!!! I'm ashamed of your receptionist and of you and you should be ashamed yourself, your reviews say you are compassionate and caring!!!! Make some changes, live up to you reviews because no one and no child deserves to be treated this way shame on you and your office staff!!!! I'm ashamed of you all . I'm concerned in Arkansas it should never get this far? I hope you went home in a nice air conditioned car they came to see you in a non air conditioned car!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is my rating

Our family has been seeing Doctor Boone ever since we moved here about five years ago. He is great with our kids and has a steady hand. His assistants are great as well and they all make great decisions.

We had appointment today for preventative dental check. This is the most through extensive checkup we have had all the years we have went to a dentist. Rachael and Stephanie deserve five stars so professional yet make you feel comfortable as a patient. Dr. Boone is amazing, his knowledge Yet making patients feel comfortable is all you can want in a dentist. Also front office staff always willing to answer questions and check insurance information so you have no surprise before procedure is scheduled. We are very pleased and recommend Dr. Boone and his staff to anyone.

I had to have my first root canal. I was very nervous. Dr. Boone is sa very caring man. He made me feel very comfortable and I can honestly say that I didn't feel anything . His staff is top notch and very caring as well . I would recommend Dr. Boone to anyone. I definitely found my new Dentist .

My orthodonist makes me feel welcome and all the dentist are so nice but the fluoride is just disgusting but the watermelon is tolerable the rooms are roomy and there is little to no yelling

I've never done a review before but I just have to let people know how professional and patient this staff is, my child was acting so wild (really just shy and scared) but everyone went above and beyond to try to make her happy and comfortable.
