Have been going to Dr. Pozzi for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say! I usually go to my appointments during my lunch hour and he is always running on time. He is thorough and always does a great job with any of my dental work! His office staff is super friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a great dentist in Hoboken/Jersey City area.

Went for a cleaning and had a great experience. From scheduling an appointment and until I left the office everything was smooth and easy. You would feel welcomed as soon as you enter and meet receptionist. Hygienist took his time and did an amazing job, pain free! Doctor was also very nice, no one tried to sell any services. I'm very pleased and will be back!

I hate getting my teeth cleaned but the phenomenal service at Boom Smiles made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech, to Dr. Bhumesh Hirapara, were extremely nice. And my teeth feel so clean now!

I am Dr. Pozzi's patient since 2021. I have dental issues from an early age due to my wisdom teeth and I've visited many dentists (in different countries ). I can definitely say that Dr. Pozzi is one of the best Dentists. The care and attention I received at Boom Smiles Hoboken has been exceptional. Giselle at the front desk is always happy to answer my questions related to the billing and appointments. I would highly recommend Boom Smiles Hoboken.

*** Reducing the rating after the recent encounter with the receptionist*** Thank you Dr Bhumesh for an excellent work! At first , I don't have much opinion on the dental clinic since I had a bad experience with dentist at Grove Street . But, he is totally different. Let me start from the appointment - I booked an appointment two days before. There was a call from the person to understand the issue - To my surprise, it was the doctor - he asked the need and understood the issue before my visit. This approach was the first time I had experienced in US , believe me this not only saved time but also the care from the time appointment booked. Receptionist was very helpful and waiting time was less than 2 minutes (just sat down but immediately called). Temperature was checked before entering the room. Clinic Appearance - It was neat and located at Hoboken (My favorite place!) Examination - Dr Bhumesh was very friendly and he examined the teeth and told what needs to be done and what is required. Treatment - The doctor ensured that I am safe and not feeling the pain. There was no pain at all when he was injecting and applying anesthesia (not sure about the medical term :)) Billing - Dr Bhumesh and the receptionist informed about the cost and charges after working with my insurance. The amount was affordable and reasonable compare to other dentist in the area. Follow-Up - Dr Bhumesh supported and follow up after the treatment and ensure that patient is doing well even after the treatment is done. After a bitter experience with other dentist, it was a pleasant visit with Dr Bhumesh , Continue doing the good job, I would Strongly recommend the Dentist.

My take on this dental practice: if you're doing sth routine like cleaning, it's a nice clean place with friendly staff - reason for two stars. I feel the doctor is not experienced enough to handle more complicated cases. My personal experience: came here a couple of months ago for a routine cleaning (nothing was bothering me at that time), got recommendation for treatment plans to fill some cavities, went for the treatment, and nightmare started - the two teeth that were worked on have been hurting ever since, and recently got really bad. Another issue was that when the filling was first done, there were residual material on my teeth which feels like work half done. Seeking treatment elsewhere now.

I had an awesome experience at Boom Smiles for my checkup and cleaning! My first time and I will absolutely be back. I'm so glad I was able to find such a sweet and educating dentist!
