I highly recomend this dental office. Dr. Bonnie, Dr. Simone, & the entire staff are incredible. One time I had a dental emergency where half of my molar broke off. Dr. Simone stayed late on a Friday in order to fix my tooth the same day it happened. He was incredibly knowledgable and his bed side manner made me extremely comfortable. 6 months later my molar is still in tact and I have not needed to have a root canal or a crown. Dr. Simone & Dr. Bonnie are the most trustworthy dentists I have ever come across. I always feel comfortable and cared for by the entire practice. They make going to the dentist fun, even if it is an emergency.

I've been going to Dr. Simone since he joined the firm in Norfolk. To say the man knows what he is doing is an understatement. Dr. Simone and his entire staff are kind, patient, funny, and most importantly, great at their job. They genuinely care about everyone that walks through their doors. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be scary anymore! Dare I say, it can actually be...fun?

Dr. Bonnie and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Bonnie took the time to get to know me a bit before examining my teeth, which is something few dentists do. Kim, the dental hygienist, was quick and efficient. Paperwork was straightforward. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. I will be going back!

I have had bad experiences in the past, so I was petrified to even go in, but I was greeted and treated so wonderful from the front desk Amy and Angle to the back with Heather and Dr Simone! The Drs knowledge of the before during and after treatment was impeccable! I felt very comfortable and safe and part of the family! I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I'm EXTREMELY happy with my visit with Dr. Simone, Maria and Kim today. I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile from young lady behind the desk. Only seen a dentist 3 times in my 58 years and I tell you I was SCARED!!! But ALL of my anxieties were put aside.....the compassion and empthy showed by Maria while I cried and kicked like an infant was BEYOND professionalism!!! She's TRULY an ANGEL! Dr. Simone was understanding of my fears and was as gentle when inserting numbing medicine. I will be a forever patient of Dr.Simone and get my yearly cleanings.

This was my first time there and everyone was very nice, made you feel very comfortable and relaxed, will be going there for all dental work from now on.

So in another review for konikoff I documented my bad experience with them. I called them for a cleaning, they said we do a dental assessment, first and maybe you get a cleaning. Went to them said I needed a special 3 charge 2 visit sonic cleaning, and said i was lucky to have teeth in my head basically and wanted me to spend several thousand on crowns, fillings, special cleanings etc (they also had a terrible office staff). Keep in mind I missed 2 cleanings during covid and have been doing the dentist thing without fail my whole life. So I call around and ask different dentists if they will do a cleaning and among those who said yes was bonnie dental oddly enough in the same plaza on granby. They saw me cleaned me and said they did not agree with most of konikoff's assessment. So the cleaning went fine, they are going to replace a cracked filling. My big concern is both my old dentist and konikoff found a cavity that I asked bonnie about twice and said they didn't see it. So the jury is out because of that and I want to see how they do in august replacing this filling. So 4 stars for now but may go to 5. I didn't like that they wouldn't schedule my next cleaning but said that related to covid. But staff was friendly, dr. Bonnie was very nice and knowledgeable and hygienist was knowledgeable and very competent. I hope I've found my new dentist for a while. ***update 8/21 turns out after giving them my insurance info 3 times and having anthems most common plan that they are not in network and sent me a127$ bill for my free cleaning.

My family ABSOLUTELY loves this practice. Its is always a positive experience, the staff and doctors are always friendly and make you feel relaxed. My children love the staff and are always excited to go in for their checkups. I can not thank the staff at BB&H enough for taking care of my families needs and making us feel comfortable.

My family has been going here since before I was born. They are honest, wonderful amazing people who genuinely care about their patients. They do everything they can to work with you on financial issues and understand that even if you can't afford it, teeth are still important. If you can't afford a certain service that is needed they will do everything they can to find an alternative in your price range that still gets you the care you need. I moved away to live in DC several year ago and I still drive 4hrs to this practice just to get my teeth clean. I refuse to go to anyone else. Highly recommend!!

I cane here, for a cleaning a few weeks back.. Had been looking for a place where I would be comfortable.. The whole staff was awesome!! My hygienist was just the best!! And Ms.227!!!! She knows who she is.. ( Smiles) thank you for a awesome Experience..

The only reason why I'm giving you all one star is because of how the dental assistant handled my son while trying to get his X-rays. His head was grabbed and yanked aggressively because she was unable to get him to bite down properly for his X-ray. He's a six year old. Her frustration showed and was heard through her voice. It's bad that my oldest witnessed what she did and whispered asking me if I saw what was done. While walking out, my six year old said that he didn't want to go back. I am very disappointed and hurt at how he was handled. But that was the first and last time for us. My husband can continue seeing you all and he actually suggested we switch the kids over. The office staff was great, but as a whole you all have to do better when it comes to handling children.
