Dr Romberg is hands down the best dentist! I had an emergency and they got me in right away. The whole staff was hilarious and warm, the experience was relaxing (which says a lot given the procedure I needed), they ensured I was comfortable and got me out of my head with some of my fears. I could not recommend them enough! From beginning to end (the front desk welcomed me with my name as I walked in) to the end a great experience!

Years back I paid my premium at the front desk which usually is good, the front desk(i think erika) calls back about a month and a half later and she says she made a mistake and needed $15.00 shy. I said my bill was satisfied and its unprofessional to collect months later, they decided to send the $15.00 to collection anyway, they got their 15 dollars so it doesn't show on my credit score, well, I hope it was worth it because I took my business and my wife and kids to north hill dental where they will not play games with the billing, that $15 cost them thousands of dollars since I now take my family somewhere else.

After not seeing any dentist in 6 years, due to a horrible experience, Bonney Lake Family Dental Care made me feel extremely safe + comfortable in their practice. My hygienist explained everything as she was doing it + checked on me throughout my cleaning to make sure I was okay. My doctor was thorough + quick, explained things in a way I could understand + made my options clear to me. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed + loved my experience here. I will be bringing my kids, husband + returning myself!

Customer service is horrible. Receptionist is very rude over the phone and the dentist gets to decide her cancellation fee if you cant make it to you appointment. I would not recommend this place especially if have kids the dentist was anything but gentle and doesn't know her way around a needle where she stabbed took more than a week to heal. i would not recommend this place to anyone

Customer service wasn't great. They want 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment which is understandable but life happens and sometimes people can't expect the unexpected. Not a reason to tell a self paying patient who has shown up to several appointments on time, that they can not reschedule. Sorry that's ridiculous and rude. There's plenty of dental offices in Bonney Lake so maybe it's not a great idea to turn paying customers away.

Customer service really sucks, they called today under the crisis of the United States to ask for a payment which I have lost my job at the present time, They told me that if I did not make payment arrangements today it would go to collections what kind of business is this the call their clients when the crisis is very heavy in the United States I will not be going to this dentist anymore due to the fact of not understanding people and their needs Why would you call somebody and ask for a payment when there is crisis through the state of unemployment

Front desk staff- Great with reminders, checking insurance coverage, on top of scheduling, wonderful customer service. Kristine- Super sweet, makes sure you're comfortable, always has everything ready to go with a big smile. Dr. Romberg- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great at what he does and can tell he enjoys it. This office changed the way I felt about the Dentist, I recommend them to everyone. Complimentary Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) Please ask about this if it's not directly offered. Thank you for your services!!

I am so happy we made an appointment at Bonney Lake Family Dental for my moms aching tooth. She was in so much pain for days and the care we received here was amazing. The staff and doctor was caring, kind & empathetic to her. We are so pleased with the treatment and care we got today. We are going to come back for all our dental care needs. I gave up going to the dentist until we found this dental clinic. The best staff. They care about the client. Will not go anywhere else.
