Wonderful, warm and caring staff in a friendly and nice environment. We've been going to Bonney Lake Dental Center for about 8 years now, and often recommend it to people new to the area. Dr. Delia Constantine is a pro as is her staff. They are very well organized, on time, and efficient in what they do. We highly recommend this office, and feel you will be happy with this choice too.

Update: Dr Delia personally gave me a call to discuss and we came to an understanding. We both acknowledged there was a miscommunication on the insurance checks, but were able to work it out. Though I won't be coming back for now, solely because they are not in network, the situation was rectified and I really appreciate the customer service and follow-up. Hopefully my insurance will work with her office in the future and I'll be able to come back as a full patient. Started as a new patient in December and came in for a cleaning. Since it was my first visit, they also took x-rays and provided a fluoride a treatment, pretty standard. Actual dental work was fine, and the staff was nice, but had issues with billing. When I was first scheduling, I asked about my insurance to make sure it would work with the practice and treatment would be covered, was told by the admin staff that it would be. When I came in for the appointment, I asked again before getting treatment, and was told it would be covered. Come January, I receive mail from my insurance carrier to find they are out of network and only covering a small portion of the bill. I contacted the admin office to discuss and potentially work something out for the remainder of the bill insurance wasn't covering, as there was a definite miscommunication, but was eventually denied and the given reason was it is the patient's responsibility to know what insurance covers. I feel a little deceived as I attempted to do my due diligence twice before receiving treatment and ended up with a bill that would've normally been covered otherwise.

Bonney Lake dental center goes above and beyond to make sure I feel safe and comfortable while I am there. Along with giving me great advice on how to keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy between appointments.

The whole staff is absolutely excellent! No one really looks forward to visiting the dentist, but their care and professionalism from walking in the door to leaving after services is so good that I always leave with a wonderful experience!

Very thorough and professional. Excellent cleaning experience. Office uses COVID cleaning and sanitation standards and more. Dental hygienist is efficient, friendly, and is a joy to work with.

Very disappointed in my visit today felt like they set me up for a cleaning appointment to get that pay from my issurance . because when itgot down to handleing my current problem they passed the buck to someone else in Auburn but I have no intentions of driving all the way to Auburn to get this work done . Im very disappointed .
