They called me earlier about the review and were quite rude. A professional response to a bad review would have been sorry for the miscommunication in pricing not shaming a client for not having the funds. The fact is they told me one price over the phone and it doubled after I made a hour and half drive to them. Employees might need some training on how to deal with clients. They are nice here, but really annoyed they did a bait and switch on pricing after I talked to them over the phone. The total came to double the amount which not everyone can afford so I'm stuck not even being able to finish the procedure at the moment. I called so many places trying to find something to work into my budget and they really tried to sell how affordable they were then 800 magically changed to 1500 when it was all said and done. Again, the staff is nice, but wouldn't recommend.
