We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Started to attend this practice to see Dr Kime after reading great reviews. I was not disappointed. The team at the office were friendly, although they did struggle to line up my insurance paperwork . The hygienist was wonderful, experienced, caring and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. Dr Kime is a really friendly, warm, caring person who came across as knowledgeable and very keen to ensure my teeth were in the best health. He identified a filling that needed replacing and recommended a cap be put on an old root canal that had become sharp, which I was happy to hear. He also recommended I look into a possible re-route canal on a tooth that was worked on a long time ago, he listened to my experience that I had been recommended this 10 years ago and the situation with the tooth had not changed so he was happy to support me in monitoring this. The work done by Dr Kime was great, he took his time to ensure my mouth was numb and worked slowly. There was minimal pain afterwards and I was very happy that I was able to get my white crown fitted in ONE session, as the practice has a machine that will mill and cure the crown onsite whilst i waited, I was VERY impressed. I now live out of state and visit WV to see family but will continue to come here for Dental work as Dr Kime and his team were wonderful.

Highly recommend this office! Dr Kime was so professional yet personable. He was able to get me in quickly for a somewhat odd procedure. His staff and everyone I've encountered at this office is wonderful.

I had another amazing experience at this dental office! Barb and Cindy greeted me when I arrived. Megan greeted me warmly. Maxine took me back to do my x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Matt checked my teeth and made sure all was well.. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The office is very clean and well-maintained. I always look forward to my next visit there.

I have been going to Dr. Bonasso since I was a kid. Now as a parent myself both of my kids are patients of his also. For the first time I had to have a cavity filled yesterday. Was in and out in a flash and my tooth looks great! Thank you to the entire staff for your hard work and dedication over the years!

At age 70, I have lived by a philosophy that my doctor has to be my friend. It has worked very well for me. Forty years ago, I met Dr. David Bonasso. He became my dentist and good friend. Dave referred me to his associate Matt Kime, for an extraction. On August 21, 2021 I kept the appointment, which required a roof block, which is excruciating! When I cried out in pain, he scolded me like a child. I felt really bad, and I apologized...THREE TIMES. I kept saying; "Matt, I'm really sorry. I hope I didn't upset any other patients", and he never responded. I just felt awful. Humiliated. When the tooth was out, he shoved a wad of gauze into my mouth and said; "rinse your mouth", (??) and walked out. I never saw him again. I had questions: Was there infection? Should I continue the antibiotics which are causing other problems? Not a word. Not a follow up. When I called the following day to ask these questions I got attitude from the front desk, and then a return call from my friend Dave. Anyone who reads this will think; "that doesn't sound like Matt", and I agree. I've known him at a distance for twenty years, and always thought of him as a friend. I have no idea why he behaved this way with me. Again, "I am sorry". Not apologetically, but regretfully, sorry that someone I thought of as a friend, is not.

This week I have taken three of my kids here and the staff was amazing! They are beyond friendly made my kids feel comfortable and even kept them entertained while the others were having their appointment!

Had a weeklong pain in my cheek while I was on vacation in Oregon. Doctor Kime was able to see me the same day I flew back. He checked my problem out thoroughly and in addition tightened a loose crown on my implant. As we say in the Navy, BRAVO ZULU for a job well done.

Dave is great, from the 1st time I met him it has just been like old friends. Great guy, I was flossing and I broke my tooth. Left a voice-mail on Saturday. Scheduled for today, Tuesday, he saved my tooth and was a great experience. Dave and Barbara should have a show! Lol, but I'd call it - - The Dim McWop Show. Totally great

I will never recommend anywhere else to friends and family. I have been extremely nervous to return to the dentist after not being seen for a few years for various reasons and Dr. Kime and his staff never make you feel judged! Quick, easy and painless. A wonderful, family friendly office.

I can't possibly say enough good things about this place and ALL of the people who work here! Going to the dentist is something that many people dread, as I used to, but they always make me feel at ease. Everyone who works here is so warm and friendly. I would never dream of going anywhere else.

WOW!! Is all I have to say about this office. From the friendliness of the front desk scheduling my appointment to the procedure, everyone had a smile on their face. The filling was the most painless procedure I've ever had and Dr. Kime talked me through every step, really easing my anxiety. I am SO glad we chose their office for our family!!
