The worst experience from front desk to chair that we have ever had in any dental office ever. Highly do NOT recommend especially if your child is under five years of age. I still feel sick thinking of our visit here.

My son going there since he was born and if you did not voice concern they will not take Xray of his teeth. He almost 7 year old and not even one Xray picture. When I voice concern and they took Xray and find out cavities.some of his tooth to be pulled/extracted. This can be prevented if they take Xray of his teeth sooner.

I been there and they broke my front tooth and doctor told my mom that he is going to wikle it not remove it .While he was trying without permission from my parent he broke it .They say something and they do something completely different .Also my sister had surgery ,her front teeth are very sensitive now and she may loss them anytime because of the bad job they have done on her I will not recommend them to anyone.

Front desk people are terrible!! I was four minutes late for my appointment after I had called and let them know I was gonna be late and they wouldn't let us in and were being very rude and this is not the first time the front desk lady's have been rude all full of themselves and care about only themselves. I will not be returning to this office ever again

They didn't give us the proper information before my daughter's appointment, so when we arrived we were not allowed to go back. They then chose to hide behind policies instead of trying to actually help us get the situation resolved. Meanwhile my daughter has a tooth that needs to be fixed, but they chose not to help her.

They are patient with toddlers, very quick and helpful! My oldest son has disabilities, and is hard to work with sometimes, but they did a great job with him! Now he loves to take care of his teeth

We've had our kids come in the last 5 years. Appointments are easy to set up. Reminders are text automated which makes it super easy to remember. Cleaning appointments are done at the same time, in the same space for parents to watch. We've done 2 procedures here and the same goes for the procedure rooms. The Residents are all super personable and accommodating. They are patient with questions and will check on things when asked. We've had to call once after hours after a procedure and a resident called back within 15 minutes and was calm, professional and answered all my questions. I'm also super happy that they ask about behavioral ADHD and can accommodate with even shorter appointments before kids go off the rails from sitting. It was interesting that they took the time to ask this.

My wife visited 10-15 minutes late with two kids. We called office that we were running late, but they still misbehaved and denied to take her for the appointment. It is really inconvenience to drive to other side of the town and not getting the visit done. Due to my employee plan, i am sticking with this hoping to improve behavior in future.

My family loves this dentist office both of my children have been going here for over a year and we have never been treated unkind. Brian, Vincent and Jen are amazing with my children. They explain everything they are going to do in a way that is not scary for a child. Also at the end of every appointment, Dr. Piscitelli checks on how my children are doing (which means a lot to me). The dental assistants are always very friendly as well as the receptionists. Keep up the great work Bon Secours pediatric dental team and thank you for always taking good care of my children.

Front office staff are unfriendly. A small filling was done and fell out within a month, was told we would have to pay to have refilled. When switching offices they would not send over records to new office in timely manner despite signed consent. Very disappointed.
