Karen and Sheri (and to some extent our resident giraffe, Raffi :-)) are here to assist you from your first phone call to answering and helping you with dental insurance and payment plan options. Janet and Jen are all full time dental hygienists who will help you maintain an optimal oral health for years to come. Mariana assists Dr. Ilies with patient treatment and all are very knowledgeable, effective and comforting.

If going to the dentist is a scary thing for you, then this is the place for you and your family. From the moment you walk in the front door everything is done professionally and in a friendly manner. Dr. Ilies is a brilliant dentist and surrounds herself with very capable staff. If I could give this place a million stars I would. I have been coming here since I had teeth to clean and I will not go anywhere else!! My whole family goes here and we love it. I have recommended this office to my loved ones because I trust the professional opinions and diagnosis of Dr. Illies and her staff. I have had the same hygienist and dentist for my whole life and for that, I am extremely fortunate!! The staff here is amazing and they genuinely care about your treatment and personal opinion. They prioritize your health over anything else. Their new building is absolutely beautiful and always extremely clean. I could not recommend Bolton Lake Dental enough!

I have been seeing Dr. Ilies and her staff for maybe 10 years now. They have always been professional, a pleasure to work with and very helpful through some interesting procedures. Let's just say my teeth have been expensive...more crowns than Europe. Dr. Ilies listens to my concerns and explains everything to my satisfaction. I look forward to working with her for many years.

Excellent staff, excellent care. I've been in Healthcare for 30 plus yrs in one form or another. Everyone is professional, kind, courteous and there to care for you in no rush, from the office staff, to the assistants and hygienist, and of course the dentist. Quite happy there and have made appointments for my kids as well.

These people are compassionate and really care about there patients. Excited staff Montey and Anna super great at easing my anxiety. I highly recommend. The dentist is super nice and cares if your in pain or not.

I was wanted to thank all the people at Bolton lake dental...they went above and beyond during my last visit. Unfortunately I had an (asthma) attack of sorts? And I had to keep excusing myself because I could not stop coughing. I personally was completely embarrassed and felt quite badly.. but rather than be annoyed , Dr. Ilies and her assistants were nothing but kind, caring, and compassionate...all they wanted to know was if I was all right... Karen from the front office even went as far as calling me at home a few hours later to make sure I was okay...so I want to thank everyone at Bolton lake dental for all the kindness.. dyllan Blodgett

I'm sure that I am not unique but each time the doctor has worked on me has been a bit of a challenge. Mostly crown re installed. Removing the glue from the original installation is quite forceful at times but the doctor is so gentle and skilled that I rarely feel anything. I also got a wellness check from Anna to see how much pain I was in. She and I have been through a lot of dental work and I will always be there. D.

Being a new patient and only having a couple of visits with the practice; I am impressed with the high level of professionalism and lack of attempts to upsell any services. I typically do not give reviews but this place is exceptional. At this point I would highly recommend this group, I guess that's it thanks!
