I have been a long term Patient at bolsa dental and recently noticed they made some huge improvements in their office . It looks brand new inside, so clean and fresh with high tech Equiptment. The doctors and staff has always been kind and efficient. My mom recently got a dental implant and was very happy with the results as well.

I went here to have my tooth implant consultant, I already asked and confirm before the consultans begin, they said free free of charge, when I check in they asking for my insurance I said why do u want my insurance information for, well just to have in file in case we go forward, hmm sound fishy already I confirm again this free correct said yes, ok I got my consultant done the price too high so I ask if u can lower I can go ahead scheduled appointment price if firm, then I have to shop around. A month later I check my insurance there is a$64 charged to my insurance, I noticed that they cheated on me their word are not as stated, I call them said why a charged on my visit they said ohh must be mistaken I will issue a refund yeah right Fraud I would said. It's happen to me a few time already alot of Dental places they lies.i don't mind if they said will be a charge as my agreement, so watch out for Dental office

I remember coming here a while ago early COVID period. They made us drink toxic to rinse our mouth before they check. And the dentist is also very rude. He asked if I had braces before. I said yes. Then he said it looks disgusting. Stay away from this place. I remember about this today and still feel mad so I had to write about it.

If i could rate negative stars i would! The dentist i met was so rude and lazy.

I bring my mom to dentist, they have my mom use mouth wash and they did not explain what inside cup. Until I asked them if hydrogen peroxide then can my mom use Listerine. Then they said in the cup has hydrogen peroxide mix with Listerine. Because my mom 86 year old so I asked them can my mom to use Listerine. Here they answers :" Listerine not enough to kill virus because they need to protect employees..." Key here they support to explain patient anything before they give to patient. This place terrible and not recommended it.

Good service, friendly staff, and the wait is not too long either. Just dislike the moody two girls who work the front office on weekends when I take my family members for braces.

Bad service and the dentist has bad attitude . It's like a nail salon . Always ask for upgrades ... deep clean and s***t

Great dental service - highly recommended. Very professional, and the receptionists were very helpful in scheduling a time that worked for me (even let me change on the same day).

Dr. Tammy was very sweet and explained to me the process of getting my teeth deep cleaned. She gave very clear and simple instructions on how to keep my teeth cleaned after the procedure. The receptionist was very helpful in scheduling a time that worked well with my hectic schedule.

I honestly don't like going to the dentist - until I went to Bolsa Dental. the fear of having someone jab pointy things into my mouth at inopportune times is something that has scared me since childhood, and all my previous visits to dentists weren't too helpful in shaking that thought. Dr. Tammy, however, made sure that all of the actions taken were explained thoroughly so that I could calm my fears. Bolsa dental understands that people don't like going to the dentist, but they made my experience a really enjoyable one, and 10/10 would refer to friends.

Dr. Sammy was very pleasant to my family and me. The receptionist was friendly as well and made it really easy to fit my sister, mom, and myself in one weekend. Unlike other places, we didn't have to wait too long after our appointment time came around- we were basically in and out. 5/5, would recommend to the rest of my family.

I've been seeing Dr. Tammy for about 2 years now. Haven't been disappointed with the service I've been receiving. The office manager works well in scheduling and reminding me when to come in, and I've never had to wait too long while I'm there. Overall, very pleasant dental experience, and would recommend to friends and family.

Dr. Tammy and the receptionist know exactly how to make you feel at home and ease while at the office. The receptionist is incredibly nice, and is flexible on accommodating my busy school schedule to fit in an appointment. I would recommend this to any friend as their commitment to their clients is outstanding.
