They don't seem to care about your bad experience with appointments. I set my original appt 2 months out which is a long wait and when they called to remind me, their times were wrong. So I took down what they thought my time should be and the next day when I showed up for my appt, they said I was an Hour Late. 1.) I am never late for appt's and 2.) If they should never tell a patient that they are late and work with them. Which they didn't do. Awful ethics and customer service.

Don't go here if you don't want to waste time or put your kids through stuff that's not necessary My autistic son had some work that needed done and when we came in for a cleaning they were looking at the wrong X rays and made the appointment to get the work done for today and they numbed my autistic child and didn't do the work they numbed and made the appointment for nothing and I'm so beyond frustrated with them they strongly suggested seeing the orthodontist before continuing with dental work They did apologize left and right but that doesn't cut it. You guys need to double check your stuff before numbing my autistic child who is terrified of the dentist in the first place I can't believe this happened! I highly DONT recommend this dentist and we are looking for a different dentist soon

Dreadful, disrespectful care. When I reached out to Dr. Bolouri himself for an explanation, he never responded. I can only imagine that he doesn't mind that his staff has such poor ethics around care. If you want your dental needs met, feel free to drive by Bolouri's office, flip him the bird through your window, and find a real dentist with actual ethics and a true interest in patient experience. What a sack of trash.

Took my boyfriend here since they were under his coverage. Had extreme tooth issues that was making him sick. As a new patient they took his xrays and sent him on his way and wait for insurance to approve work on his teeth. A week later his insurance approved work but they scheduled him out a month to a month and a half. All while he is consistently getting sick and having trouble eating due to tooth pain/ jaw pain. Even calling their emergency line they did not pick up or get back to me. After this experience, we decided to go to another dentist. They may work for routine cleaning, but time sensitive health issues don't seem to be a priority. When they fix their patient process, I'll think again about giving them my business and referral.

I'm very disappointed in this place. They are never on time so expect them to be 15-30min behind time. They seem to double book patients as the hygienist told me the dentist would be with me in a minute and then proceeded to tell the patient next to me the same thing. I then waited for two hours. Understably the patient seen before me had complications, but the main problem was two patients booked at the exact same time with the same dentist. I also had a filling that felt very rushed which led to it needing to be fixed. I called in for an appointment and had to wait a week of uncomfortable eating until the dentists mistake could be fixed. It's now hurting again. I'm going to find another dentist. I also got mixed opinions from the dentist on how to deal with my wisdom teeth. It didn't make me feel confident in them. The hygienist are really sweet and thorough so if you're only going to get you teeth cleaned and don't mind waiting it's great. I wouldn't recommend them for any work on your teeth though.

I called them from Randall Children's Hospital and told them I needed to reschedule because my daughter was in the ER and they said "sorry, you had to reschedule last time and so we refuse to see you ever again!" I explained to them that my child is epileptic and we spend a large portion of our life in the hospital and unfortunately epilepsy does not give the dentist a heads up before a seizure occurs. They did not care, and were very rude and I am urging everybody not to give them your business. When they called me to reschedule my appointment, not only did I not charge them a fee but I did not deny them my future business either. Maybe it's for the best, I've been waiting on my tooth to be fixed for over a year now, but they keep making me redo the exam and x-rays every few months, even when it's them calling to reschedule or them finding a reason to cut my appointments short and stretch them out over several appointments. I'm starting to think that maybe that's not such a coincidence anymore, can you say insurance fraud much?

I've been going to this dental office for many years. I have always been treated well, and they are very reasonably priced.
